Ordered a BF6 product online, was having issues with the software and was told that it is sold “as is” and is “unsupported” so there won’t be any fix. Not one time on the website page did it mention anything about the issues or stating that it was unsupported. I have had good experience in the past with another product but don’t agree with their support on this issue

The cheat works well, but the customer service is terrible, it takes forever to respond and the person who does it knows nothing about anything, apparently it is a bot, I have been dealing with a login problem for more than 12 hours in my account.

Good hacks but the game needs resetting every time i finish a game

Not everything works I cannot get the radar to work whatsoever there are a few other things that I cannot get to work like the trigger bot and world ESP can't figure out how to have a sniper rifle hit every time it just seems to have a lot of missing pieces or else I need a very comprehensive set of instructions

Couldn’t even get it set up. I felt the support service was really good before my purchase once I had made the purchase tho it was very difficult to get help. Being autistic I struggle with following tutorials and was told they could access AnyDesk and to most of it for me however it was so difficult to get help. I must have tried 15-20 different things they told me to try and get it installed and nothing I did worked, and it just caused another issues which then had to be addressed and made me feel like i was being a nuisance asking for help even though sometimes i had to wait 6-8 hours or even longer in between messages on my ticket while I was sat by my PC waiting for a response I understand there is a time difference but I was trying to get help during their working hours. The staff were good when i did get help especially someone called Suspect and but after spending over £700 on all the equipment and subscription (which I never used) it just couldn’t be installed. Then wanted to totally wipe my Laptop and start again which I was reluctant to do as I didn’t want any potential further issues and more stress. I really wish I was leaving a more positive review for them but can only base it on my experience and I’m now left with over £700 worth of equipment which can not be returned and I still suck at COD
