Covers of book had strong colour cast…
Covers of book had strong colour cast for black and white images. Not very happy with way customer services reacted although a reprint was fine.

I use Book Smart
I use Book Smart. It is the one I started with many years ago and the one I am used to. The end result is still the same - excellent each time I use it. Is it just me or is the delivery getting quicker and quicker.

Expensive, but a very professional end product.
Although this means of producing a photo book is an expensive project, providing your photographs are worth the effort/expense, it is a very professional end result and gives you total editorial control.

My go-to for photobooks
This is the 4th or 5th time I have used blurb to create photo books for friends or family. The whole process is excellent. The write tool is a little clunky so could definitely use a bit of a refresh but generally it is easy to put a book together, upload it and make changes to the paper, format etc. pricing is clear and it’s easy to place repeat orders. Delivery took about 7-10 days.

The print of my proof copy was fine but…
The print of my proof copy was fine but the single item packaging didn't stop the carrier from damaging it slightly. Also Fedex kept it for over a week and only delivered it after I chased them. The final print copies were better and delivered by the same carrier only a day after the due date.
Overall Blurb was fine but their carrier less so.

The product is excellent the delivery not so. Every time I order and receive notifications never delivered on time despite staying to receive on a day, then a message to next day please review with fed ex poor service
