A very quick turnaround of my book. A good price due to taking advantage of a discount available to me. Good print quality, paper, and actual putting together of the book. Very happy with the service, arrived in excellent condition in packaging that won't ruin the environment.

Easy to put together and the book was as expected. No problems.

I ordered a textbook on the Blurb. The book was delivered fairly quickly at a reasonable price. If I see another book on Blurb I'll probably use this service again.

If it were possible, I would give 5 stars to Blurb for the excellent quality of my book but 1 star to FedEx for the 8 day delay re their original delivery date and the unreliable information provided by their tracking system.

Excellent - my sixth travel photo book and as ever always constant high quality printing on thick and durable stock.

Using Lightroom means I can easily adjust the photos using the latest tools and the enhanced pictures transfer into the make up of the book.

Book and quality are fantastic…lost a star because the delivery date had a hold up and was three days late! Possibly not blurb fault, maybe a courier fault.

Quite frankly I was expecting better. Might just be a me problem but the printing wasn't as good as I was hoping I can clearly see the "pixels" at a confortable viewing distance.
The shipping was atrocious and was constantly delayed.
There were some manufacturing errors and upon contact blurb offered to replace the book for free which is a huge plus

I'm a regular customer for Blurb. The quality is always of the highest standard. Great printing every time and this was no exception.

The book was well printed and left Blurb speedily. This is where the problems started. It was finally delivered 4 days after the delivery date having said for two days that it would be delivered by 6pm that day and then the next day that they did not know when it would be delivered and then finally delivering it.

They claim to be having problems but other delivery companies can deliver on time - including parcels from the EU - and even give a two hour delivery slot. With FedEx the delivery is before 6pm, is fiction anyway (my previous book was late) and the tracking infotrmation can go days without being updated.

Couriers FEDEX delayed delievery and package damaged. Printing excellent as usual though

The book is magnificent. The only glitch is that the bright areas on the photos are glowing. That would be the star missing, and thus rate 4/5.

Excellent service, fantastic quality! Easy to use and fast delivery of book! Very good price considering the number of photos that can be included in a book! After making 18 books already I will continue using blurb and would highly recommend!

Good system, well executed, excellent result. Courier left a bit to be desired but that was not Blurb's fault.

All good like always. Prepared in Adobe Lightroom, designed in Indesign, pre-processed with Photoshop (CMYK-profiles, curves). Uploaded PDF’s, and ordered the books. Send within 5 days. Great!

Very good creative tool, easy to use. The PDF feature helps you ensure your book is correct before publication. The quality of finish is high, over all I would recommend.

Blurb did ok but my book was held up in France for 5 days ?

Brilliant easy to use but would like to see book smart offering latflat option.
