My husband has been averaging about 2 sales per month but with their latest commission increasing to a whopping 44% we'll be withdrawing. On occasion, with discount vouchers applied and Afterpay fees and the profit Bluethumb makes from some postage, they'll probably make more than my husband. Great for buyers/collectors and Bluethumb, not so great for the artist

Terrible, for artists!!!
It is fantastic for the buyer (free shipping).
My last piece sold I was in the negative, simply over the postage costs.
There is nothing free about it, the artist pays for it. Bluethumb tell you they cover the costs of postage but it is never near enough, the true costs out strip the value of the artwork (which they would know the real costs but fail to make it that amount in working the costing of your piece) You try to question their pricing but they hear only white noise and refuse to understand what is written in their own disclaimers.

The positive is that there is no upfront fees.
The negatives: 38 % commission,
They collect and keep the postage fee and unless you are posting the artwork across the country they will make a nice little profit.
The artist can have random discount.vouchers applied to their sales. (Ie if a customer makes enough purchases they seem to receive discount vouchers that they can use to purchase other artists artwork.) The artist takes the financial hit.

Absolutely no win for an artist. Completely unfair charges upon charges lies and deceptions from blue staff.

Inexperience, wrong procedures, waisting a time on peripheral stuff. Impossibility for real change, and lots of lying.

When salary raise times come, they will organise them self (management,CEO, CTO,CFO) and use a bunch of lies to silence you up not to ask for a raise. If you not agree with their lies you will need to quit job. If you ask for a termination agreement per signed contract, they will remove you the same day from internal system, not allowing you to do notice period, and later they will blame on you for not doing notice period and steal your money for that. Also, they will participate partially in buying a new computer for you (per contract they should repay total amount) and per contract if you stay a year its yours. But in case of Bluethumb they want money back and they will forcibly subtract that from your last salary. CTO will tell you that you don't have rights to use annual leave days If you quit. Per contract you have rights on 20 days. Later they will change that after you sends some emails. I got first offer from CEO with half money they owes me I rejected and In my last communication over the email I got one more replay from CFO with offer to take half money they need to pay me per contract and list of lies. So, I am in process of hiring lawyer for almost 20k value they owe its worth.

For everything I am writing here I have evidence in emails and screenshots and videos. So, no hiding everyone knows who am I, and I hope this will help someone after me. I would like that I know those stuff before.
