Newly Taken Storage Unit
I have recently taken out a storage unit for a period of time to enable me to declutter the house and generally clearing away - the service I received from start to finish was amazing. When I approached security on my first visit the security were welcoming and advised me where the unit was.
When first going into the storage unit it was clean and airy with a welcome gift of a bottle of water and some haribo's.
I would recommend if you are thinking of taking a storage unit out you look at Self Storage and go no further - thank you all.

We have had amazing service over the last 28yrs and no problems and no damage to all off the caravans that we have stored there and they have awesome washing facilities,
Strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to store any type of vehicle and the customer service is outstanding

very reliable caravan storage
I have had caravans and trailer tent stored at this site.It used to be called Wentloog Storage.They are an execellent company with great service and the staff have always been helpfull and professional when needed.I wish them continuing success.I first used them in the 1980's i believe.I am now retiring from caravanning and camping

Excellent facility which provided me with a secure and trustworthy storage local to my home in Llanishen. Customer service was superb with first class communication at all times.

New gas bottle and help from the staff
I phoned up to check if you had a 6 kg gas bottle to replace the one I just run out off and was happy to find out that you did so I picked up the old bottle and replaced it.
The staff always happy help you in any way they can not only selling you something once I had a problem with my hitch lock went to the office to see if they could help and low and behold one of the staff come to the caravan and sorted it out for me .
I cannot praise you enough for the help and knowledge your staff has and the ability to help when needed thank you very much

Good security
Everyone I've spoken to have been extremely helpful and have kept me updated with what I needed to do with returning information and when they had received it,the site is ideal for me as I work on the same industrial park and so I know that it's safe and secure with 24 hour security patrol, CCTV and manned barriers.
