Recently had a Health Executive check-up and was greeted by an extremely welcoming & warm young lady, Roqia.
She immediately had me feeling at ease. Everything that was due to take place was explained in great detail, and her instructions were spot-on.

I have been using Bluecrest for several…
I have been using Bluecrest for several year and have spent over 2,500 pounds with them, but no more. My specialist suggested I get some extra tests. I rang Bluecrest for their complete list of tests. They said they would send me a copy. After a week with no list I rang again. They said they would send the list. Instead they sent me their brochure as an email attachment. I told them that the list was spread over 49 pages most of which were taken up with giant photographs of professional studio advertising models which would take a whole set of printer cartridges costing around 60 pounds to print. They agreed to send the brochure by post. When it still hadn't arrived I phoned again. On the third phone call I was told that they could not send me a brochure. They offered no explanation. I said: no brochure-no more custom. They were unimpressed. When my anger subsided I decided to extract the test information from the emailed brochure. It took up six pages. So I had saved 43 pages of tacky Tik Tok level influencer marketing BS. They are being really stupid because with a list of extra tests customers would likely order more tests. Also word of mouth advertising is very effective. Any customer showing a more serious professional looking brochure to friends and relatives would certainly greatly increase their customer base. As it is they look incompetent, thoughtless, careless and unprofessional. As this is their customer facing side I am concerned that the side we cannot see, the testing side, is likely to be even worse. At the very least they badly need marketing advice from an adult.

Bluecrest Health Check
I had a health check with Sunita from Bluecrest today and she was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked into the room, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, calm and friendly manner.
What impressed me most was not only her professionalism and knowledge, but also how perceptive and genuinely engaged she was throughout the appointment. She took the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and share insights and advice that went far beyond what I was expecting. I felt comfortable discussing my concerns openly and never felt rushed.

I have been a regular Blue Crest user…
I have been a regular Blue Crest user for over five years, and have been trying to get in touch with them about their subscription service. You cold and are told you are number 1 in the wait, then nothing happens. If you use the call back service you don't receive a call back and their voice mail cuts you off. Are they short of staff? or in some kind of difficulty?

Great experience
I've had multiple health checks with Bluecrest since 2022 and they have been great everytime. My latest with Fiona Meldrum was amazing. Very friendly with some suggestions on what drives some of the results which were being tested. I would highly recommend Bluecrest to anyone. It's made me more health conscious and small tweaks have made a huge difference in results and mood.

Check What You Have Paid For
All ok until you get to the medical appointment where they try very hard to upsell you more tests that you thought were already in your package. Do check very carefully what you have paid for because it may not be what you think it is. Really disappointed with Bluecrest Wellness as it untrustworthy.
