Little to No help resolving issue its been 13 months

Still no help . Stll no answers!!!!!!!!!!!! This company does not care about their customers !!!!!!!!! its been a year now Hello My name is Eddie white . My prepaid Dash card was mailed out to my address on June 10,2021 . It was returned To Sender On July 10 2021 . due to my apartment number being left off address . I've contacted card services .(866-353-1266 ) they informed that blue acorn advised them to not update address info or re-send pre- paid cards out once their returned . In my case it was returned because of my apartment number being missing off of address .this has been a hard battle for my buisness also finaces i truly wish blue acorn will be more proffesinal with this and looking into my account to relsove this issue today.

I was approved April 8,2021 I signed documents and everything no money I have been getting loan forgiveness text an emails for money I didn’t receive so what am I forgiven so I did one of they customer tickets I’m sure you guys know what I’m talking about so now they are sending a prepaid card but judging by reviews I’m not getting my hopes up high I mean who is the president are owner of this company

A year and no money

It has been over a year and I have not goten my money. They have had issue after issue and so many excuses. Every time it seems possible to take steps to get my money the customer service drops off the face of the earth. It is a scam. They are perpetrating credit fraud on you.

My loan # 8419858701 applied in April…

My loan # 8419858701 applied in April 2021 and approved in May. To this day I have not received any funding just request for forgiveness application. I've emailed, messaged on Facebook only to be given the runaround. Last information was it was sent by mail in a card, not to my account, no tracking to verify any attemp this feels like a scam!

I received my loan in April and my bank…

I received my loan in April and my bank froze my account and resent the funds back to Capital Plus Financial back in August I’ve been contacting Blue Acorn about this matter since April and was told once I verify proof that they will send me a prepaid card and resend the funds I did everything the bank and Blue Acorn asked me still nothing all I’m receiving is automatic emails about loan forgiveness and the same emails saying rest assured they are working to solve my case it’s been 9 months already and I sent proof my bank sent it back this is very weird never been through anything like this ever I just don’t want to be responsible for a loan I never received.

Horrible company they keep saying my…

Horrible company they keep saying my wifes funds have been deposited in the account on file and she calls her bank and there is nothing been sent 3 trace numbers only one of them my bank can find blue acorn keeps giving her the run around. Do not deal with the scamming company.

My Funds were returned by my bank in…

My Funds were returned by my bank in March 2021 after waiting with no updates for months, I was sent a link through blue acorn portal after logging in were I than verified my identity. I was told at that stage that I would receive a prepaid card with my funds within 2-3 weeks with address listed, and at this point it has been 9 months and still nothing. No card no funds. I have sent several tickets and spoke with chat support and nothing !! Only being told by support that’s in manual review for months same excuse!!! blueacorn has sent me several links to do forgiveness for money never received, but I have Not received not one email or follow up like I was told . I was told that I can not withdraw my loan but no funds !!! My business basically has just suffered . I applied for emergency ppp loan and it’s been almost a year . That is just unacceptable. Soon the forgiveness option will be over and I’ll be stuck with a loan on my credit I never received, just like the opportunity to apply with another company was after waiting for blueacorn and not being able to apply somewhere else.

My old credit union golden 1 worked with blueacorn, plaid and the sba to lock customer accounts then return our loans, based on, a sole proprietorship business loan being deposited in my personal accounts, back to the lender prestamos. Mind you, its the same group of folks with the same IP addresses. For no logical reason Prestamos cdfi blocked most of us as soon as we asked a question, about all this false information, confusion and sneaking round every question, while telling borrowers,
to not contact them and blueacorn handles the returns and funding which is the opposite of what blueacorn is saying.Then of course blueacorn changes the contract and all the advertised promises and says you need to talk with prestamos. Its like a sick game because they know prestamos will never contact me, in fact this Cynthia torres from prestamos that asked for my application number was actually in the blueacorn email thread. Never returned any message. They just revert back to the please reach out to us on our Customer portal so we can better assist you. Ridiculously not normal at all for any kind of legit law abiding company, that claims to help small businesses. First thing that popped up in my mind was a paper I wrote in psychology 107 about HEGEMONY.

After 7 months of emails and waiting and being patience. Ladies and gentlemen my ppp loan was resent on a Dash prepaid business card . You came through blue and was there until the end . Thanks so much this waking up today with this on my card was a blessing

I had a bank account being closed

I had a bank account being closed, between April-June, I was requesting to change bank info and was told they’d have to wait and see if the bank would reject it.

Fast forward, its forgiveness time. I state I never received my money simply because Blueacorn sent it to a closed account and I was told to wait on THEIR behalf.

Their email reply was “ Currently, we have a record of a successful deposit to the bank on file.” which is absolutely false. How could a deposit successfully send a deposit to a closed account? LIES.
Then they requested I send proof of the representative I spoke to back in May, screenshots of conversations etc like WHAT? From MAY? complete BS. You have to physically walk in for things like this and they simply told me “Since your account is closed, the check would be returned”
My account has been closed since JUNE. Even when i call about my account I’m nonexistent! How in the absolute hell would they have my money sitting in a closed account. FRAUD

That’s a minus on the star thing! Gaila, please include me with the lawsuit! Blueacorn destroyed my chances of my business having a comeback and sent me into a whirlwind of hardships that should of been avoided if I would of received my loan from them like it says that I did according to the SBA. I, and a few others have formed a team of small businesses whose fallen victim to the evil scam called Blueacorn.co. We are help from a reputable law firm who specializes in these matters, and are filing lawsuits against Blueacorn. They’ve crossed the wrong one! I was approved for a loan in April, funds were sent to bank but bank rejected it because Blueacorn entered the wrong information. After FOUR months of them allegedly trying to track the funds, they located the funds and said that I could update my banking info. Afterwards, they stated that I needed to submit MORE verifying info, in which they denied my loan. Once a loan has been approved, it cannot be revoked. I’ve spoken to SBA, and they’ve filed a fraud investigation against Blueacorn for having numerous claims such as mine. We have an FBI investigation underway, and I am

BEWARE THIS COMPANY OS FRAUDULENT.

Blueacorn.co are fraudsters and crooks they promise all over the website,applications, and in chat that once sba issues a loan number and promissory note are signed that the loan is 100%guaranteed and funds are set aside however if your bank or credit union rejects funds because Prestamos,CDFI,LLC isn't well known company and causes Bank reject funds well that's when Blueacorn.co says fk the borrowers because we already getting paid for your loan regardless if we resend funds or offer you another option! So you'll get this auto generated message we are sorry to inform you but after reviewing your application we found you aren't eligible for ppp loan and this decision is final and can't be appealed we know this isn't the decision you wanted to hear. But here at blueacorn we like to screw hard working small business over because just like our president joe biden we love to make promises/100% guarantees and then do the complete opposite but thank you for choosing blueacorn and allowing us to make billions while you lose your business you worked hard for!
