I recently bought the shotgun pendant and rope chain and when I received it there was a slight issue with the clasp on the pendant. I emailed bling king regarding this and within minutes I had a response and told to simply return the damaged pendant and I would be sent a replacement or a refund if I wished. Brilliant customer service and the quality of the product itself is brilliant my son will love his gift thank you
