Wouldn’t give them one star, customer service is non existent sent 3 emails no response wish I’d read these before purchasing from them! Don’t buy from them their jewellery is cheap and tacky and I’ve returned my item and will be getting a refund from Klarna

Ordered the 12mm cuban set came within 2 to 3 days from buying online i love the jewellery its says its 18k gold filled but no stamps to say what it is hopefully it is real filled gold

Customer service is shocking. Never received parcel and never received a reply. They also attempt to cancel bad reviews by getting trustpilot to ask for evidence 11 months later so that they take it down. I would never purchase from this company again

Ordered from here a few weeks ago. The ordering process via the website was smooth. I ordered the 9mm Cuban chain and bracelet, which is stunning. Will definitely be ordering from here again soon.

I brought a boxing glove pendant the chain was quite small on my neck. So had to exchange to a bigger size only issue was they don't do free returns so had to pay to send the item back other then that im very happy.

Received the 27mm Cuban Chain and Bracelet as a birthday present and it's very good quality and looks expensive. There's a lot of variety in the pendant designs and so have already ordered a few myself for the gifting season!

Purchased an xxl belcher bracelet order #6455 and it’s became brassy and tarnished and only worn an handful of times. Emailed the company and received zero response so now I have to go down the visa disputes path. Don’t waste your time and money

Made a purchase and wasn’t what we wanted. Contacted via live chat to return as per website info. Took over a week to reply. Managed to return the product within the 14 day period. Luckily tracked delivery and they signed for this return on 09/09. Since then no refund has been processed. Have sent numerous emails and messages via live chat and still nothing. Awful company, clearly scamming people of money, no product and out of pocket! Avoid with all costs. Reporting to trading standards.

Shame we can’t 0 star. Dreadful. Discolours and promise a replacement then ignores all emails and never sends replacement. Avoid these clowns need reporting to trading standards

As soon as I received the item I emailed the company to obtain a refund slip as instructed on the website straight away due to item not being correct for the person. I have emailed twice and yet to receive a response and no doubt the return date will be over per the return policy and will not be eligible for a refund. This was a present for a 50th birthday present and are currently without a gift. Order ref 6787. Please respond to my email !!!

Terrible quality returned items and waited week for a reply there’s no contact number or email only online chat which you have to wait days to get a reply from will do everything to get out of issuing refund in the end had to go through my bank to sort out - do not use

Loved my bracelet, will be ordering again!
