Sales staff made the purchase confusing and had the wrong info which we happened to notice when we went back to the store to ask a question about our blinds.

Excellent designer/in-home salesperson. Seeing materials at home is helpful in making appropriate selections. Installer was quick, professional and competent
The overall process of purchasing blinds was not well explained in initial visit to store. In my case it was a lengthy process including initial in-store visit, a visit to my home by the decorator, a visit from installer to measure windows, a return visit from decorator as the installer determined that original blind choice would not work in my bow window, a second in-store visit to select an alternate shade, a final visit from installer with the blinds. Not simple nor quick.

Very satisified

Very satisified. We have ordered all of our blinds from Blinds to Go over the years. With Covid, some things changed understandably. However, we got our order relatively quickly. We had a couple of technical issues but replacement parts were provided immediately at no charge and we're very satisfied with the excellent quality and customer service.

We bought our blinds at the Blinds to…

We bought our blinds at the Blinds to Go in Kanata. The entire process, from when we ordered the blinds to when the person came out, measured them and then installed them was a very good experience for us. We will definitely recommend Blinds to Go to our friends and acquaintances.

We ordered shutters for one bedroom

We ordered shutters for one bedroom. They were ordered on September 2nd. After many phone calls and emails to follow up, they were installed December 2nd. The installer was very efficient but three months, even in Covid times was ridiculous.

Satisfied

I ordered the inside mounted blinds and was not asked about the depth of my window. The brackets can be seen from the sides so I had to order and pay for new velances and the piece to cover the side was too big so we had to cut them. No compensation was given. Plus one of the wands was broke and two blinds for windows on same wall have different length pull strings. Not impressed.

Not sure how else to give the information requested, #s 016768 and 170263.

Interesting the last reply from you was that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. While that has long passed🤔

I received a call today advising me that I was being refunded for the valences that I purchased. I am charging my rating as a result of the company taking ownership of their mistake.

I needed help re-installing my blinds…

I needed help re-installing my blinds after taking them down to do some painting. I was having some difficulties getting them back on and called BTG for help. BTG booked an appointment for me that week and, as always, service was friendly and professional.

Difference in measurements

All blinds were built well, only issue was with measurement errors from factory. Two windows had the exact same measurement, but the two blinds itself had a difference of a half inch between the two even though the exact same dimensions were printed on the boxes I recieved them in. Someone missed taking care of Quality Control. Made for a precarious install. Not interested in an exchange as I've already drilled a set of holes in my brand new windows, don't need to make new ones.

Excellent Pre&Post Sale Service

I live in a Hamlet, so I used the on line service for 6 blinds in our living room. From style and fabric selection, through measurements and details, the service was excellent.
I needed to replace some hardware that I had lost and again, the service was prompt and excellent.
We recommend them whether in store or on line.
