We were very pleased with the service we received from both the salesperson and the installers .
Installers we’re thorough ,job site was clean after completion.

They had exactly what we were looking for and it was supplied ahead of when we were told it would be ready

Our initial experience with the customer rep was good. Very professional, nice lady. She offered different solutions to help us dress 2 different sized windows (in 1 room). We were promised a delivery of 2-3 weeks. After we checked in 4 weeks later, we were advised that our order was placed on hold. No one contacted us. At that time, we were told that there was an oversight because no one followed through on the status of the order. The order was reinstated and then we were advised that it would be another 6 weeks. We called 8 weeks later only to find out that there was yet another delay. We finally received our order 15 weeks after our initial order was placed. When the product was installed on the windows, it did not give us the primary solution (blackout) that we were looking for. The blinds were sitting 2 inches away from the window frame. The blinds were taken down and were returned to the factory to be resized (another 2 week delay). When they were installed the 2nd time, they were of poor quality (bigger gaps than necessary on each side; material was ripped at one of the seams which we noticed within 24 hrs; when the blinds are lowered, they don't hang evenly; the height of top panel on each blind is different which looks ridiculous because windows are side by side; and light comes through the seams). Poor product. Substandard service. Order #634132.

Knowledgeable staff- quick service and turn around time with easy tracking of order. Only problem was one part of the blind was too short but was replaced without questions n no delay.

Bought blinds a year ago, two of which had to be restrung. Disappointed because they replaced the same type of cord, which just shreds.

We were well looked after when we arrived at the store and were able to make choices that we felt were the best for us. The sales person was very helpful and made a special effort to check whether the colour of blind we wanted was available.

I ordered a white blind had to get it twice as the first one showed up beige the second one was still not white the the matching blind that was ordered one year prior

I love my blinds. Service was great and they were very efficient when installing.

The blind is well made and exactly what we ordered. However the delivery was supposed to be 3 weeks and was double that time.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received when we needed our blind repaired. Of course it was under warranty, so that was recognized efficiently.

The ordering process was way harder than it needed to be. We had someone call us 3 times to confirm the measurements and we still got the wrong size sent. Taking them back we got awful customer service. We finally received them and they were fine but the top cover is too small and doesn’t cover the metal of the blind. Would not go out of my way to order from them again.
