Fantastic customer service and beautiful product!

I now have 5 pieces from Bleusalt and I purchased for two of my friends. The quality of the items is absolutely fabulous! In addition, the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality luxurious product. You won’t be disappointed.

Let me first say I absolutely love the products. I very often gift the 2 yard scarf. It is such a luxurious product. I recently bought a few more for gifts. I also gifted myself a 3 yard version. The 3 yard was a little too long for me. I use these scarves not just for winter warmth, but as a layer for traveling, and as warmth while on the planes. I have had other passengers touch my scarf and ask where I purchased the scarf. The products are second to none and the customer service is on point.

I bought a large first order on sale without reading the fine print about no exchanges / returns. Since it was a first order I ordered multiple sizes of some things so I was not thrilled when I went to return on line and the portal didn't work for my order. Customer service responded to my email quickly allowing the return, which was great. I would just wish in future there would be big "final sale" notices on the initial page, the cart page and the checkout page and then I wouldn't have to ask...I would order differently with that info, but since they let me return I will confidently order again because they do have nice stuff! The tencel material is incredible.

One of my several items I ordered didn’t work out. BLEUSALT’s Customer Service was prompt in responding. They provided me with a mailing label and an option for a refund or a gift card. I chose the gift card because I find something else I want every week!

The Bleusalt team contacted me to verify a mailing address. Numbers had been transposed so it didn't appear to be a valid address. I felt the team went over and above to ensure the accuracy of the address.

I received my first piece of Bleusalt several years ago as a Christmas gift. It was the three yard wrap in navy. I wear it all of the time, and it still looks brand new. Since then, I have ordered several pieces to go with it. When we traveled to Paris, that's all I packed. (I refuse to wear sloppy loungewear to the airport.) The fabric is ultra soft and comfortable. I have been in the clothing business for thirty years and know what quality fabric should look like. I appreciate their customer service always reaching out and thankful for my business. This is such a rare quality these days and makes this company such a pleasure to do business with. I am 5'3", 125 pounds and wear a size 1.

BLEUSALT is a really classy company ; and what I mean by that is that the styles, designs, fabric, fit and everything else that should go into making clothes absolutely does with Bleusalt!! Customer Service is excellent , the packaging of the merchandise is beautiful. It’s just all happening. So, I just want everyone to know I am 5’3” 105 lbs and I get the size 0’s. Everything fits beautifully !!! I just got the cargo pants and the Classic crew — faaaabulous truly !! The cargos drape very chic-ly. They look beautiful on, and the crew neck sweater is very soft , comfy, and chic as well. I say that especially because of the way Bleusalt’s fabric drapes and falls on you. It’s very chic- which is the only way I can explain it. I feel great when I wear any piece I have from Bleusalt

I’m almost too embarrassed to admit in writing just how many pieces of their amazingly comfortable clothes I own but trust me, I have a lot. My daughter (who has nearly as many pieces as I do) and husband are also big fans.

My body isn’t quite what it used to be, but Bleusalt’s “elegant” sweats make me look and feel fantastic. I receive compliments every time I wear them.
I love how each piece can be dressed up for a night out or dressed down for lazing on the sofa all day. They are THAT comfortable.

I recently received a defective item and the customer service couldn’t have been nicer. They were responsive and helpful and addressed the problem immediately.

I am so happy with BLEUSALT. It’s been years since I felt completely comfortable with the look and feel of my wardrobe. I’ve ordered several items and been really happy with almost everything. To be honest I’ve actually transitioned my entire wardrobe and BLEUSALT is all I want to wear. I left this review one star short as I’ve struggled a bit with the return of a couple items that did not quite fit. Overall this company is amazing and I’m thrilled to have found you.

I love Bleusalt clothing and want to make my whole wardrobe Bleusalt! That being said I’ve tried some items that just didn’t fit right or maybe the sizing was off a bit. I contacted customer service and they got back to me the same day and were very helpful with the return of my items. Very satisfied thank you!

My new favorite travel and 'look nice and comfortable' clothing brand! Fabric is so soft and moves, doesn't cling. I love that these are made in the USA and have now purchased 4 times as gifts for girlfriends and have my Mom and husband on the bandwagon too!! Everyone pleased - will continue to purchase for sure!! Bleusalt is a wonderful find!
