Bought the 2 yard wrap, the Cindy top and Cindy pants. Love the fabric and the quality of the items. I ordered the pants in a size 4 and they are way to big. Imagine my surprise when the website says my item is not eligible for return. I paid $144 for something I can't wear. I have read other reviews similar to my situation, my item was in sale, something I wasn't aware of when I purchased. I really would just like a smaller size. Wanted to love this brand but this return policy is ridiculous at this price point. I will not be purchasing again.

I bought The Swing Top and love it! Wonderful fabric. Drapes really well. Well worth the cost. It was packaged very well, and promptly shipped. Then I reached out to see when it’d be available in a different color in my size. The customer service was amazing!! Quick and thorough response. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.

I purchased a newer item, washed and wore it once and found the seams had come apart. Note that this is one of many BLEUSALT items in my closet so it was unexpected and I was concerned it may be related to a new product issue. I reached out to their customer care and enclosed a picture and my order receipt and they promptly responded with an apology, confirmed that it is not a known product issue, and said a replacement was on the way. I got the replacement shortly after. I just placed another order today, happy that if I encounter any issues they will resolve them. Good customer service is important to me and the choices I make in spending my money and time.

I do love their items but customer service is horrible. Trading emails - they say the same thing over and over. Charged my card and never received my item but they said it is my fault. They told me to speak with the delivery company and the delivery company said to speak to them. After writing this review I wanted to say that BLEUSALT did reach out to help me and have completely won back customer trust. Thank you BLEUSALT!

clothing, have given it as many gifts. It is so comfy, stylish and easy to care for. I recently lost a large amount of weight and was unsure if my new size. I was able to return, for a store credit, 2 items I had ordered that were just way too big. I am so pleased with the service I was offered and all of my purchases.

I came across BLEUSALT last year and absolutely love their clothing. I have bought about 80 pieces! I have had 2 or 3 misses, including a tube skirt that was different in size from the current style (was an older color/collection from app styles) but customer service has always been very helpful in resolving any issues. They wash well and are holding up well so far. I do wash on delicate and dry a bit on low and then finish air drying so they last longer. The dryer and hot water really do shorten the lifespan of your clothing so I avoid that. I am heading to Vietnam soon and will be packing all BLEUSALT perfect for mix n match and layering.:))

Pretty standard quality and horrible customer service which is normal for this type of company. Clothes are okay - they call them "elevated basics" and you might call them "sweatpants." But, whatever. I just want to make sure people are aware that you cannot return anything that has been discounted. Nothing. Their measurements are off by anywhere from 1-2" so be aware that even if you buy the correct size and the clothes don't fit, you cannot return or exchange. The receipt and summary page before checkout do not say this.
UPDATE: I was sent a link and was able to return my item. Due to the sizing and return issues, I decided not to exchange the item. The issue isn't with the policy, it is the lack of transparency. Just put Final Sale on the checkout page. Or returns subject to approval.

I just discovered this brand and can’t stop looking for new styles. I love the cropped polos (i have the zip up and
the elevated polo) b/c they’re not too short. They are cropped but still cover my belly to meet my high waisted jeans. It’s so hard to find this since I have a long torso. Love! Please make more in ivory!!
No, I mean make something in Ivory. Leggings, T’s, whatever. Ivory is so IN.

My introduction to BLEUSALT was a gift from my sister in law… the 3 yard wrap in fushia. I immediately fell in love! I have since purchased at least 6 scarves/wraps and some clothing.
The comfort level is beyond belief and and the styling is timeless. What a great find! Customer service is always top notch!!

I was introduced to Bluesalt clothing by my sister. What a find! These clothes are so soft and drape so well, they are a pleasure to wear. I have two of the Barbra tops and get compliments on them every time I have them on. I’ve also bought their Culottes, a poncho, and two other outerwear garments. They are the best. I needed some help with an order, and Bluesalt was extremely supportive and helpful. Great company, great products.

not only does bleusalt offer a variety of styles that are timeless and great quality but they have a customer service team to match. i recently reached out to their department about the status of my order (it was over a week that i had placed an order and it had not shipped) and i had a response after hours and the issue was resolved so quickly. i will continue to support bleusalt because they are committed to quality and customer service - and a bonus that it was founded by a cool and chic female!

I really enjoy my BLEUSALT wardrobe. I have many pieces and always get compliments when I wear them. I can trust that a size 3 will fit in almost everything I purchase (except the tank dress was a little too slim). I would give them five stars except for the shipping takes forever. In fact I ordered some pieces on Sept 21 thinking they would be here by now as I wanted them for an overseas trip; but alas, they aren’t. Advice: spend the $ for expedited shipping.

I purchased almost $400 worth of clothing as a first time customer in late August . I reached out to customer service by phone twice on September 10th and as prompted, left messages; as of today, the 16th, I have not received a phone call back. This is following multiple attempts online to initiate an exchange for size issues, as well as use their live chat services, all to end in the same automated response of “items not eligible for return or exchange.” I would like to exchange them, but because I used a 10% promo that THEY sent me, they classify these items as on sale and not eligible for return or exchange.I really wanted to love this company but unfortunately the return and exchange policy is unfair and misleading. Therefore, all of the good word of mouth that I’ve been spreading in hopes that this product is everything as it promised, just did a 180. You cannot provide a fairly expensive product and then provide a really really bad customer service experience.
