Since I am forced to give at least one star to be allowed to share a review, I give one star. I’d prefer to give none. This program is not worth the money you pay for it. These days the voice generator even refuses to start. White screen with a turning light blue thingy for hours. Yes, you read right: HOURS. No recommendation at all. Date of experience: Multiple; I simply added the last experience date, which was today.

I bought the full package... and now cannot gain access. How do we report this company?

I paid full price for the pro version and now, though I can still log into the website, there are no voices whatever to choose from. There is nothing there to work with and I couldn't begin to tell you why.

I did find it easy to use. However the pay one price for 30 voices is very misleading. You really only get four voices for each language. So if you are making a video in english you only have 4 voices to pick from. You have to purchase more. I only needed one voice so it was fine for me. Instead of being so sly they could easily have justified saying, for this low low price you only get four voices in each of 20 languages, or something. Everyone would understand that. Instead I feel cheated and that I mislead.

Describing Videly as 'Awesome' doesn't really do it justice. We all need traffic, without it you might as well give up. You can have the best website and product/service in the World, but if no one comes.......

I do have a website, I sell ebooks and audio books at readingroom51.com, it's a relatively new venture but I knew I would need people to visit if it is going to be a success. I was going to go down the Facebook Ads route, and then I found out about Videly.

I watched the videos and the case study and thought I'd give it a go, I also upgraded to the Pro and Agency versions as I could see the longer term benefits if this actually worked. In fact, both these upgrades should be obtained at the outset as they provide additional information about your campaigns which are extremely beneficial.

So, the principle is that you don't need a video to use Videly, you just need a thumnail image. (I suggest that you also purchase Thumbnail Blaster as this makes this a breeze). You do your keyword research in step 1, plug those keywords into the Video Details section and Bang, off you go. You just go to YouTube live streaming, copy and paste the title and description that Videly has generated and see what happens.....

The case study in the training video shows a page 1 rank in 14 minutes. I was a bit sceptical about this as the video could have been recorded numerous times until that happened. However, I was looking forward to seeing what happened.

The training suggests you go with 5 keywords for your niche at the start. I decided I would use 6. As I have just started a YouTube channel for my Reading Room venture I thought I'd use the first keyword for the video I'd just created on a book on activities grandparents can do with their grandchildren (I have 2 grandkids under 2 so it was a good book for me to write). The other 5 keywords I would use for the live streaming.

OMG - Within 25 mins of posting the video using the Videly info, I was at number 2 in YouTube!!! It hovers between 1 and 4, but does it work? You bet it does! You can check it out yourself if you want the keyword is 'activities for grandparents and 3 year olds'. It's promoting the video of my latest book 'Treasured Memories'. The videos above and below have 300k and 200k views, so hopefully I'll start to get some visitors to my site.

Just a footnote here - This was my very first keyword on one of my own videos, I haven't even used the live streaming yet and will provide the results as a further testimonial when I do.

Finally, the reason I suggest you get the Pro and Agency versions at the outset is because the Pro version allows you to Niche analyse your keywords and see how easy/difficult it will be to rank for them, as well as being able to track your rankings over time, and the Agency upgrade also allows you to obtain reports on your campaigns and see how your campaigns can be improved.

Finally finally - Thanks very much Vlad and Stoica! At long last I think I've found the shovel........ :)

I found it to be a waste of money, and quickly requested a refund. Not only did they not issue the refund, but they charged me more 3 months later!

i dont play games on the computer and i dont remember even signing up for the service yet somehow they said i did and sent a welcome email which i researched and never found it nor could they show me where i did. To me they are looking for a quick buck. I remember paying a postal charge then after i made the payment a receipt would come through showing gameblasters as the receipeant. im not a computer genius but it sure seems odd.

I have bought their products twice over the years but didn't use them as anticipated and requested a refund, once for almost $90. They were swift and pleasant in taking care of me. I am trying them again, so we'll see how I do, but I have no doubt about their professionalism.

There are a lot of negative reviews here and tbf there is something about their initial promotion and web design that gets alarm bells ringing, but my experience was actually positive. I bought Speechelo standard a good few years ago and there were some voices that were very good and some not quite, but my main issue was that there were no UK English voices in the standard package, just American. I provided a ticket and very politely asked for my money back, explaining the situation, and they said, 'How about we give you pro for free? Lifetime and no subscription?' I thought there would be a catch but there wasn't. I get emails about products from time to time but not loads of spam as some say they do. I thought it wouldn't last and that the next time I go to log in it wouldn't work or that maybe they would be billing me without my knowledge or something, but all good! I've used the Beatrix British voice on IVR recordings and a bunch of low budget tv commercials on Sky and freeview in the UK and no-one has questioned the authenticity of the voice. There are some that aren't so good, but the ones that are can sound very convincing, once you learn to use punctuation to pace the delivery. It's so strange how customer experiences can be so different. But mine was quite honestly surprisingly good when compared to what others are reporting..

I requested a refund on Sept 30th and checked back 10/15 to find the ticket was closed and no refund has been issued!

They are looters. They cheat and loot people to make money. First of all, the speech is mediocre quality software. I have decided to try after seeing 2 months money-back guarantee. But with the dissatisfaction, when I applied for a refund, before 2 days to complete my guarantee period, they started playing. Now they are not refunding my money. Never ever use their service.

I am still following up with them, any updates, I will let you know.

Do not purchase software from this company, and don't trust their refund policy. The software did not suit my needs and I requested a refund within 2 days of trying it. However, they ignored my cancellation request, and continued to send me offers that I was not interested in. After sending them several email messages asking for the refund confirmation, and them continuing to play dumb, pretending to not have the ticket number of my cancellation, they told me today I was outside the refund period. Unacceptable, poor customer service and greedy company. You will also receive 2 marketing email blasts from them each day trying to upsell.

I purchased Speechelo two years ago and have been really quite pleased with it. I bought the basic option with a limited set of voices. I would say that you do need to tweak and annotate the original text to render it as close as possible to natural. But on the whole, nice product, and unlike others, I have had no issues with billing. If concerned, use a one-time card such as those you get with Revolut and other banks.

I purchased some of their one off products and they decided to put me into a subscription three months later without my consent. There's no way to stop it in the software. They have complete control of your information. Thank God I went through PayPay.

I really enjoyed using this company's product "Speechelo" to create voiceovers for my videos. The technology is really superb; the AI generated voices sound very natural and there are many voice options (male/female/age/nationality/space) to choose from. I did have 1 issue with the company that others have noted here...one year after purchasing the product I saw a charge to my credit card from Clickbank for $49 that I did not authorize. After some digging, I traced it back to Blaster Suite. It was my recollection that the product was a 1 time purchase, so I filed a ticket with the company. After a few emails back-and-forth, they did refund my money and assured me that they do not hold credit card numbers and I would not be charged again. Sure it was a bit of a hassle, but they were responsive and fixed the issue. Best advice is to read carefully what you agree to purchase, but know that this company is responsive if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I am giving one star because these two - Vlad and Stoica are bad businessmen. I bought their soudblaster as a founder offer (one-time pay offer which they promise in big letters), and I have been pleased with the product/service, works ok.
However, when they upsell it for pro after basic founder offer, they offer pro and I bought it with the understanding that is one-time offer too. In reality, they offer it as a recurring payment. So, you get charged 50$ or so every month. It's a bad sale tactic.
Moreover, I paid for PRO and they took it away from me. Even though I paid for it.
Furthermore, I am disappointed with their response.
They promise help, via skype and so forth. They say "they want you to succeed", and when you contact them and ask them for sincere help, you get none.
Great online marketers, sell well but fail to support and deliver that support.
And they don't care. They only care about money.
Not to mention, I accepted their 500$ deal for other things, related to Youtube application, went through their knowledge base videos and there were some videos missing. When I wrote them and pointed them out, their answer was
"those videos were from a business partner and he removed them"
Then I am wondering, how do you even dare to ask and charge me 500$ when you cannot even deliver what you promise! Disgraceful.
And be prepared to read bribed 5-star reviews, just to keep their rep up.
Disappointed. I will not be buying anything else from them, ever again. They do not deserve it.

This is a scam be aware. They got a product call Speechelo and they will charge you for the basic and pro twice as 47x2 and say this is life time and they automatically recharge you time to time BE AWARE

The up-sell bit is profoundly annoying. My inbox is filled with their spam. I'll continue using their product, because it's a bit better than using the google product natively within a python script, but if there were some other product comparably priced at the entry level with a less aggressive UpSell strategy and better voice AI I'd be in that in a flash.
