I needed to exchange a sweatshirt for different size, customer service was great helping me with info how to send it back. There was a delay with getting my item shipped back to me but as soon as I emailed them they realized the error and had the item shipped out. Quality of the sweatshirt is great along with past items I have bought. Definitely recommend this company for baseball swag. One recommendation is some t shirts geared to high school and college players… designs seem more suitable to younger players

Got my son a backpack from B101 and in less than 5 months the zipper had already broken. Contacted customer service and they see nothing wrong with the issue and not willing to do anything about it. Crap quality and crap service!

There was a delay at the beginning on my return, but considering it was the holiday season, I can understand. What was impressive for me was that my email was returned very quickly with a sincere apology and continued contact until the issue was resolved with 100% satisfaction! The product is excellent quality and I will most certainly order again from this company for the quality but mostly for their dedication to satisfying their customers!

I saw an add for a youth M ice cream short on sale for $25. I clicked on it and ordered the shorts. When I received the shorts they were adult size, the old bait and switch trick. After numerous emails back and forth they refuse to credit the shipping of $10.26 which is very pricey anyway. I would not order from this company again and I would be very careful when they post sales.
The response I received doesn't address the fact that I did click on the youth medium and landed on adult size, that is not something anyone would expect. Again, do the right thing and either send the youth medium you had on sale or give me a full refund. Shame on your company!!
