We’ve ordered from Baseball Lifestyle 101 before and always loved the quality of their clothes. The items are a bit pricey, but until now we felt they were worth it. Unfortunately, our most recent order was really disappointing.
My mom ordered hats that were not labeled as adult sized, assuming (reasonably) that they were youth hats, especially since their website also has hats specifically labeled “Youth” and others labeled “Adult.” They also have hats not labeled, so we assumed that they were youth. However, the hats we received were clearly adult sized. When we reached out to customer service, they told us all hats on their site are adult, which simply isn’t what their website indicates. Yes I have a photo for proof.
To make things worse, they wanted to charge $6.99 to process a return to our credit card, even though the confusion stemmed from their unclear product descriptions. The box also arrived pretty beat up, though thankfully the items weren’t damaged.
This experience has really soured our opinion of the brand. We loved their products before, but with misleading listings, unclear sizing, and unhelpful customer service, it’s hard to justify ordering again.

This was the first time I have ordered. The order ordering process was very easy. I made a mistake on the sizing and reached out to the customer service chat. I got Thalia. She explained that she was unable to go in and change it, however; I could go in and cancel the order, hit buy again and then change the size. It was very simple. However, since I used a code I was unable to use it again. She again was happy to help and gave me a good code to use in it's place. VERY helpful and VERY polite. I will continue to order as customer service is very important.

I had a package go missing in the mail. when i emailed they responded they would check into it. a review survey came and I asked if their was a resolution before i reviewed. I got an immediate response and they have officially put in the mail a new order and i got a confirmation. The responses were quick and easy. Makes me confident i will continue to order from this company.

This was my first time ordering from Baseball Lifestyle 101, and I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. After measuring the items I bought for my child, I received the order and realized they were too big. They allowed me to exchange what I could, but one item was final sale. I reached out to the company to see if they could make an exception, explained the situation, and they were more than accommodating.
They let me keep the larger size so my child can grow into it, and they even sent me a smaller size free of charge so they could start wearing it right away. Their kindness and willingness to help truly went above and beyond. They were very prompt, responsive, and customer‑focused throughout the entire transaction. Additionally, their products are extremely well made — absolutely worth the price!
I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering from them again. Looking forward to all the fun future designs!

When paying for my order through my credit account, the name for delivery was not updated; thus, my order had the wrong delivery name on it. I contacted Baseball Lifestyle, and even though they did not make the mistake, they quickly and efficiently corrected the name issue before shipping!

I was initially very disappointed with the mechanics of placing an order that was above an amount which would qualify for the free gift box. I think whoever builds the user interface should review how discount codes are applied and make it more clear that items will be removed from the cart once a welcome discount code is applied. Eventually, they rectified the situation

This was my 3rd time ordering from the Baseball Lifestyle app. The quality of their clothing is top-notch, and I just love their bright colors! I was born in the 80s, grew up in the 90s, and their clothing reminds me of the clothing choices from my childhood. I have 3 young boys and will be placing more orders!

I ordered my son the men’s sizes due to lack of paying attention. I sent them back and bought more and emailed them about getting the clothes I ordered because of a school thing. They responded back in the most timely manner I have ever witnessed. They resolved my issue, refunded the money immediately showing, and sped up the process of getting our clothes to us on time. Also, every time I receive anything from them, the quality is superb. 10/10

Exchange process SUCKS!!! They received my returned items 11 DAYS AGO and STILL haven’t shipped out the exchange items. every day I check and ask them to follow up on the order and every day they push me off and say this is their usual process and timeline.
