Really easy order and returns process. Clear instructions on how to use. Turned out to be my only form of pain relief so much appreciated!

Easy to order and prompt delivery, great to have postage arranged and for it to come with spare batteries. The machine helped with my labour too. Would recommend this company.

Service was absolutely brilliant for the tens machine I hired. Friendly, reliable, came in days with return pre-paid packaging making it as easy as possible to return once looking after little one. Machine worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a few bits during pregnancy and was always really impressed with the service so when I decided to hire a tens machine I knew where to come. The whole process was so easy and reliable and I hadn’t realised how much of a life saver the tens would be - it got me through 48 hours of early labour alone and I continued using it alongside the gas and air until the very later stages of my birth. The process of returning it was so easy too with the paid returns envelope and being able to arrange for royal mail to get it from our front door! I could maybe have done with a week longer to return as my baby was nearly 2 weeks late but it was all fine. Thank you!

Fantastic service! So easy from start to finish and reasonable price. Was a lifesaver in labour!

Really easy service. I have used them twice now and always on time and really easy to send back.

Tens works really well for me, it helps loads in the first stages of labour. I’ve used tens for all 3 of my babies. Couldn’t recommend enough.

The tens machine from Birthease worked really well to help in labour. The ordering process weeksnin advance, instructions for use via email and instruction leaflet, and free returns process was great value for money. Everything was packaged well and in working order. It was also clear when I would need to return the machine by and considering I went to 42weeks, I felt the time allowed was sufficient.

It helped me during labour.

Great service, quick delivery and easy return!

Very good service and communication, I had an email to check the expected delivery date would be ok because it was close to a bank holiday weekend. It came in the post quickly. It worked well and all parts were in the package, with a free postage bag to send back.

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Very helpful instructions and simple to follow with the items included. No hassle returns. A great service!

Very quick delivery, great instructions and easy to use products. Easy to return after used

Have used this service twice with two babies and both times have been excellent service, easy to follow instructions for testing, using and returning the equipment.

Excellent service and product arrived quickly. Machine worked perfectly and would definitely hire from them again in the future.

Really easy service, delivered to the door before my due date (which is good because my baby was 2 weeks early). Simple to return with prepaid envelope

I was really happy with Birthease. The package arrived around 36 weeks, as expected. The TENS had batteries in it plus a spare pair that we didn’t need to use despite me using the TENS machine constantly over two full days and nights. The machine itself seemed to be really good quality and I found it so useful during labour. The instructions were clear and easy to use and Birthease allowed sufficient time to return the package, the whole process was seamless, I would use again and recommend to anyone.

I ended up having a planned C-section birth so didn’t use the TENS machine I hired after all! However, the ordering, delivery and returns process was extremely straight forward. The machine arrived really quickly and was as advertised with easy to read instructions and all accessories included. I would recommend to other mums to be!

So easy to use and send back. No hassle and a great product really helped ease pain.

The instructions on how to use the TENS machine were really clear and straightforward. Having not used it for my first birth and being able to compare to the second, I can attest to the TENS being very useful for pain relief - more so in the early stages of Labour than in the later.
