Birkat Elyon Bewertungen

Greetings.....
I purchased the most beautiful Engagement Ring ever.
Birkat-Elyon has extremely beautiful rings and jewelry. The website allowed me to see and rotate the stones from every angle for a more precise assurance of what I wanted.
An amazing website of beautiful-quality-jewelry.

My customer service person is Rebecca.
Rebecca is very professional, kind and very knowledgeable.....(and a beautiful listener).
She made sure everything I wanted was delivered on time.
Rebecca was able to attend to an issue regarding my wife's engagement ring very-professionally.
She fixed all my problems.

She's great.......(Rebecca).

I will recommend Birkat Elyon to many friends who love beautiful-quality-jewelry.

Thank you so much Rebecca for your wonderful-caring ways. You made us happy again and again.

Very Respectfully,

A.Lasso

After many many years one of the stones fell out of its setting on my eternity band. I sent in my ring to replace the stone and for cleaning. Rebecca was wonderful at emailing me when my ring arrived to them, progress and then again when the repair was completed and ready to be shipped back to me. The ring is beautiful and so live it! Have received many compliments on it over the years. Would highly recommend.

This is my second buying experience with Birkat Elyon. Again, I was thrilled with my purchase. These are the most beautiful and authentic looking cubic zirconia on the market. Hands-down. Customer service is wonderful and shipping is a breeze. I constantly get compliments! Thank you, Birkat Elyon.!

I had a beautiful ring that was gifted to me over a decade ago in need of repair. Rebecca was wonderful and the repair was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I went on to purchase another piece as I was very impressed with the quality and care Birkat Elyon provides. Beautiful jewelry and excellent customer service.

Wonderful Website easy to use

Great communication !

My husband ordered me a 14k white gold CZ as a wedding ring for Christmas in 2021. It was a $800. ring. It was too small and we sent it back and they were quick to send us a bigger size. In 2024 I noticed the stone was getting very dull and losing its shine. I sent pictures and they told me to send the ring back and that they would replace the stone. I put it in the original box and sent it back and accidentally forgot to send the documents which included the original receipt and copy of the email conversation and the shipping and setting fee check. I called right away after leaving the post office and told them I forgot to send the check and paperwork and they sent me an email thanking me and said they would call me back on Monday and would collect the fee on a credit card. I never got a call back. I’ve sent 5 emails asking for a secure line I could call to leave my credit card information and I still have not heard back. It’s going on three months. All I want is my ring back. I wear this as my wedding ring. I’m very disappointed ot only that the stone didn’t hold up to everyday wear but that I can’t even get my ring back.

The sample Size ring made it very easy to find correct size!
Thank you

I worked with Rebecca on replacing a stone in an engagement ring. The new stone is beautiful, and the replacement cost was very reasonable. I believe Rebecca is very busy, so you will need to be patient with her response time. However, Rebecca will get back to you. She is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Birkat Elyon for your quality Jewelry needs.

Customer service was excellent! I had specific requests and they filled them perfectly!

ONE PHONE CALL AND EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED PERFECTLY....SO FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGABLE, JUST A GREAT SALE!

Beware of Birkat Elyon! Received my “certified 14k white gold CZ earrings yesterday. $378. They came completely tarnished (not gold) . Back non-functional. Posts not straight. Do not trust this company. SCAM! Have not heard back from them. Contacted BBB in NY.

Website easy to navigate - wish I could get yellow gold without special ordering

I’ve been trying for days to look at my account and follow my order. It’s nearly impossible. It’s like you’re trying to make it difficult. Good job.

My earrings are absolutely gorgeous and I’m super excited for wearing them for many many years……

Rebecca, Sr. Designer and Sales Director, was amazing to collaborate with on my first purchase for an upcoming special event. She patiently walked me through a variety of options to assist me with selecting the perfect earrings! They are stunning and extremely high quality. I am so happy that I have contacted her to discuss another purchase. Thank you, Rebecca!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They sell a great product and they offer phenomenal service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product at a great price.

The ring is beautiful. Beautifully made
and sparkles and shines. I am very happy with this ring. Service was great and the ring was delivered in very short order.

Just had 2nd wedding anniversary. Ring is gorgeous but lost a stone (first return for repair) then it cracked on the band (2nd repair).
Ring is beautiful though 😊
