Dear Paula,
Thank you for your past business. We noticed this review was posted on Oct 31st, just three days after your order was placed on Oct 28th.
As mentioned on our website, our custom rings require approximately 10 business days for production, which is why the item had not arrived yet. Since then, we received your request to cancel the order on Nov 6th and have issued a full refund. We are sorry this order didn't work out, but we are glad we could resolve this with a full refund as requested.
I wouldn’t even DREAM of paying that…
I wouldn’t even DREAM of paying that kind of money for a CZ when I have lGD I have purchased with superior cutting, beautiful color and exceptional quality!!!! I would divorce if my husband purchased this stuff instead of an actual diamond…. And if you don’t want a diamond there are Moissanites with far better quality than what you see here…

Hi,
We appreciate feedback from our actual customers, but it appears you have never purchased from us or seen our products in person.
Our pricing reflects the fact that we use solid 14K/18K Gold and Platinum settings—the exact same high-end craftsmanship used for diamond jewelry—rather than the cheap metals often found with standard CZ or Moissanite. We are proud to offer high-quality options for customers who prefer this specific look.
Since this review is based on an opinion of market pricing rather than a genuine shopping experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from rating a service you have not used.

Great job
Great job! Communication was great with the company. I wanted updates and they were very quick to respond and make sure that I was informed every step of the process. The ring was beautiful and an excellent representation of the picture. The size was perfect too! Couldn’t be more pleased and I will definitely use them again if need be!

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service! Needed to match a lost earning to one purchased 10 years ago. Customer service representative was able to locate original order, match & replace earring.
She also suggested specific backs to secure earrings to reduce chances of future loss! My earrings feel super secure and comfortable!!
