Absolutely one of the worst customer support experiences I have ever had.

The website offers 20% off for healthcare providers, as well as $20 off a first order for email sign-up. Multiple attempts were made on the buyer side to apply these offers, followed by multiple chats with Customer Support. There has been no resolution, only frustration.

I can only imagine how much revenue is being lost because of such appallingly poor customer support. Try the process for yourself.

As a first-time customer, I hope I am not equally disappointed in the products. Yet even though this is only a matter of 20% or $20 off, I already feel completely undervalued as a customer.

Hopefully, I will be able to purchase similar products elsewhere, perhaps from Indie Lee.

And to date, I still have not been offered a resolution by the Support team. I initially attempted to make this purchase 72 hours ago and have received nothing more helpful than being told to “try again.”

I got an error for my $20 off first time order and went through chat and was told i would be emailed within 24-48 hours. Got an email for 20% off and thought it was the correction for my $20 off. I feel I was shorted $14 because 20% off is much less than $20 off.

I really love the products and getting the trial sizes with my orders. I only wish that it wasn’t as expensive. My finances have a hard time keeping up with the cost, but I try to find a way to still purchase the skincare routine as it keeps my skin feeling fresh. Even my daughter loves the products!

Love the products and how they make my skin look and feel. I started using the eye cream, firm serum and moisture and people compliment me on how great my skin looks!!

I could not figure out how to get $20 off my first purchase. I signed up for emails and made the purchase, but alas, no discount.

The website is pretty easy to navigate. I can usually find my favorite face cream and complete my order in less than five minutes! I also love how there’s a description of the product, how it’s used, and an ingredient list conveniently located below the picture of the product. Very helpful and user friendly!!

My 20% discount code (CAPONE20) was not applied toward a $74 bottle of Biossance + vit C roseoil and when I tried to cancel the order the site cancellation info said to go to "still need help" below, but there was no place to check/find still need help and the customer service phone number was NO WHERE.

amazing products and quality and love the squalane

I am a longtime loyal customer. I ordered several items on 8/6/26 and when I track my order, it has been in transit for 10 days. I "chatted" with Customer Service to determine why my order has been in transit for 10 days. The agent was rude and eventually disconnected the chat. The second agent stated that the shipment is lost. She stated I could replace the items. I requested expedited shipping and was told "no, we can't do that". I did re-order the products and am told it will be 3-5 days to arrive. We shall see if I get the order in 5 days. I will probably delete my account with Biossance because it isn't worth the hastle to get products shipped. Maybe they should try a different shipping company. Why isn't there a direct phone number? I expected better from this retailer.

Do not buy from them. I received my order yesterday on 8/19/26. I opened my package this morning, and 1/4 of the cleanser spilled out. I contacted them and sent them pictures 4 or 5 times and they continued to tell me they didn't receive them. Now they are asking for the batch number, date of purchase, serial numbers, everything that doesn't matter. The product I bought was damaged through mailing. Their customer services is terrible and the products are too expensive to be treated this way.

It was easy to find the item that I wanted. Also easy to find out about the products, their ingredients and clinical trials!

Shopping, ordering and the website were very helpful. Products were clearly represented and I appreciated the opportunity to order trial sizes of other products as well. Shipping was very prompt and well packaged. I'm very excited to see how the products perform over the coming few months.

Your squalene oil is the best. Lightweight, it soaks in quickly and no fragrance!

I placed an order and my order confirmation is missing items. When I was placing order , it said I was eligible for 3 free mini trial items. It only added one and charged me for it. When i attempted to chat with customer service they were no help.

Happy with the products I order, especially the repair cream and cleanser. Easy ordering.

I changed to Biossance during the lock down. I was a tried and true Natura Bisse customer. I was unable to shop in a store so I looked into something comparable online. I was very pleasantly surprised to find something so wonderful for a lot less! I have not looked back. Enjoy!
