Driving instructor recommended
Loved learning how to drive and was made so easy by my great instructor Scott. Really patient and happy to go over anything I wasn’t confident on. Happy to accommodate my schedule and go at my pace. Passed my theory and test first time, as was able to do loads of mock tests and ask any questions I wanted. Only took 6 months to do it all !!

Haidar is a great instructor
Haidar was the ultimately the main reason I did pass my practical test. He is very professional and knowledgeable instructor with deep understanding of what examiners are looking for and pragmatic approach on how to compound that into my driving style.

Gaz (Ghazanfar) is a great instructor, he was very supportive. He helped me with all my worries especially the techniques with parking and general rules. I am just here to give my review on John who was assigned to be my driving instructor in King’s Lynn. He was such a DELIGHT to work with! Patient, knowledgeable and kind. I had a not very pleasant experience with a previous instructor (in another company) and know others who did as well but that was not my experience with John. Systematic approach to teaching how to drive.
Had a great experience with Mobeen Hussain as my driving instructor. She helped me gain experience beyond just preparing for the driving test, giving me a much better understanding of how to drive confidently in any car rather than simply teaching me to drive her car for the test.
We went through everything systematically, and she was always very patient and encouraging throughout my lessons. I really appreciated all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone learning to drive.

My driving instructor was Deepak (Dee) he was great from the first moment when I got into the car I was nervous as anything and he clamed me down straight away asking if I had any pervious driving experience. He was patient to the point , he was clam and when I did something wrong he helped me to adjust everything. The confidence he gave me from the get go to the test was everything I needed he bigged me up from the get go and was great. I couldn't recommend anyone better. From PDI on a pink licence to fully qualified ADI – outstanding support throughout
My experience with Bill Plant Driving School, from starting out as a PDI on my pink licence through to becoming a fully qualified ADI, has been outstanding.
Being able to work on a pink licence was a huge part of the journey for me. It allowed me to gain real experience teaching pupils while continuing my training, but just as importantly, it meant I could earn a living while working towards becoming fully qualified. Throughout that whole period, the support from Bill Plant was excellent.
A massive part of my success was down to my trainers, Paul Inneh and Amritpal Singh Sheri.
Paul played a huge role in getting me through my Part 3. His constant pushing, honest feedback, knowledge and guidance made an enormous difference. He never let me settle for simply being “good enough” and continually challenged me to think properly about how and why I was teaching.
His knowledge of pupil-centred learning and driver training is exceptional. There genuinely does not seem to be anything about training pupils that he does not know. What I respected most, though, was that he never tried to turn me into a copy of himself.
Paul gave me the knowledge, guidance and understanding of what was required, while still allowing me to develop my own teaching style. He helped me understand how to give pupils the best possible learning experience while teaching in a way that felt natural to me.
I genuinely believe that without Paul’s training, persistence, advice and support, I would not have passed my Part 3. I will always be grateful for the time and effort he put into helping me reach the standard I needed.
Amritpal Singh Sheri also played an important part in my development. He gave me valuable training and guidance throughout the process, and just before my Part 3 test he gave me one final push at exactly the right time. That extra guidance and encouragement helped bring everything together when I needed it most and gave me the confidence to go into the test and succeed.
The Training Support Team were also second to none. They made sure my documents, tests and training were all organised at the right stages and were always there when I needed help. When you are balancing training, teaching pupils, earning a living and preparing for qualifying tests, having that level of organisation behind you makes a massive difference.
The Instructor Support Team were equally brilliant. Their support was there throughout my time as a PDI on the pink licence, not just once I qualified. Whenever I needed help, advice or guidance, they were there, and that support has continued now that I am fully qualified.
Looking back at where I started compared with the instructor I am today, the difference is enormous, and a lot of that is down to the people who supported, challenged and guided me throughout the process.
Becoming an ADI takes hard work, patience, persistence and commitment, and there are definitely difficult moments along the way. Having the right trainers and the right support around you makes an enormous difference.
From PDI, to working and earning on my pink licence, to passing Part 3 and becoming a fully qualified ADI, Bill Plant supported me throughout the entire journey.
I cannot thank Paul Inneh, Amritpal Singh Sheri, the Training Support Team and the Instructor Support Team enough for everything they have done and continue to do.
If you are considering training to become a driving instructor and want the opportunity to gain real experience while working towards qualification, I would absolutely recommend the Bill Plant PDI route.
Outstanding training, outstanding support and genuinely outstanding people.

Amazing Driving Instructor
I passed my test at West Wickham with the help of my driving instructor Stephen Foster. As someone with driving anxiety he was very understanding and patient, his teaching methods greatly improved my driving ability and confidence. The feedback he gave at the end of each lesson was really helpful and gave me the drive to keep learning.
Stephen is very friendly, has a wealth of knowledge and is great to have a bit of banter with during the lessons. Would highly recommend, especially if you think you are a nervous driver.

Passed first time
My instructor Rayan was great, lessons were always informative while remaining relaxed. We’d have great chats and I made progress quite quick, before I knew it my test was around the corner and there were a few last minute touch ups I wanted to do the night before, he went out of his way to give me a lesson till 10pm. I had my test the next morning and it was a breeze, passed first time with 2 minors. Rayan was someone who went above and beyond to help, would recommend.
