Contacted them to arrange to sell my car to them. A pretty seamless transaction to be honest. Fill in some forms. Take some photos and they do the rest. Good service and would use again.

Very frustrating experience. I provided all the requested details and photos of my car, and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone discussing the sale. Everything seemed to be progressing well, so I called on Monday morning to finalise things, only to be told they no longer wanted to buy it because they already had “too many Fords” in stock.

This was disappointing, especially after the time and effort I had already invested in the process. It would have been better if they had been upfront earlier, rather than waiting until the final stage to back out. Unfortunately, this caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time.

From the moment the offer was made for my car the process was fantastic.

Chloe in the office was very communicative and helpful.

On the day of collection the driver arrived on time inspected the vehicle and the money was transferred quickly.

BigWYC purchased our vehicle and unfortunately had to wait for a cherished plate transfer & then a recall through Peugeot (unbeknown to us). But after 6wks of waiting the price we were offered was held and the inpsections/collection was hassle free.

Agreed an offer for out car. They sent a driver to take pictures and collect the car. He warned us before he started the company can be funny and it depends on who you get on the phone if they buy your car. Surely they should be a set procedure that all the buying staff should follow. They said they would not buy our car due to a small bit of rust on the roof which we had never noticed. If the roof is a deciding factor they should ask you to photograph the roof when they asked for the other photos. Sold the car to another dealership today for a higher price and no issues were raised around the condition of the car. After they refused to buy the car they continued to message me about selling it to them

First of all the price offered was £1000 more than dealer quote, the rest of the process was very easy and smooth, and no effort was made to decrease the price, money in bank in less than 30 seconds.

A very slick process from start to finish. Communication was great and made selling my car easy. A very fair price was agreed by just viewing simple photos. On the day of collection I received the agreed price with no further haggling down. The money was transferred within minutes. The driver arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this Company. I previously tried two other Companies, but this one made the sale offering a much better price too.
