Beautifully made and very warm

I ordered a bobble hat and the courier Evri did nit deliver it, so I got back in touch with the company and they sent out a replacement hat with Royal mail the same day. Excellent service. I would recommend that they don't use Evri as a courier though.

Bottle had a black lid not white as in the advertised pic, bought it to match another bottle with a white lid that I have.

We bought one over 6 years go at a stall somewhere and it was brilliant, lots of people commented on it and it’s been such good quality, so when the time came to update we knew we wanted another one. So found the website, chose the one we liked easily and it came quickly so really impressed.

Took longer than I would like from a company charging premiums for products. Also would have liked better packaging. My beanie hat for my wife's Christmas was bundled into a grey plastic bag and parcel taped like some second hand rag. The item itself is fine.
