No toilet paper was left. When we got there it smelled like gas. It took someone to show up 1.5 hours and we had to just wait. Check in is at 4pm and that’s late check in. Especially the amount of money we spent on this cabin vacation. And we did not get a military discount.

Everything has been awesome... great service and everything was included. wonderful days.

Bring your on toilet paper. Can't check in till 4pm. And check out at 10 am. House cleaners there at 9:30. Really need to give a little more time.

The kitchen was beautiful, however, the cabinets were over 3/4 empty. It didn’t have the necessities to cool so we ended up having to purchase several items. Items that should have been at the cabin and normally we do find in other cabins. I

Amenities were great. Wonderful cabin, but it was very dirty and we were not allowed in until 6:00 pm while checking was 4:00 pm.

Awesome experience with Big Bear Vacations, communication was superb the whole time and their check in/out process a breeze.

It’s the Christmas holiday and people want to have a smooth check in. It’s not fair that you don’t hire more housekeepers to make sure the cabins are ready for check in as promised.

The cabin was cozy, way smaller than depicted in the photos. They didn’t mention there was No cable tv. Carpet in living room was very dirty and stained, many of the slats in the window blinds were missing, broken, or thrown behind the couch or in closets. Other than those few things, it was nice

Good place, only problem one of the heaters dont work.

Great cabin (Above it all), great time playing in the snow. Our children experienced a White Christmas! Cabin had a smoke alarm low on battery which was about 20ft up and after calling the front desk three different days in a row, no one ever came to conduct maintenance. Overall it was a fun experience.

Very nice cabin but needs some TLC. The showers were not working well, and the house needed to have a broom or vacuum.

The location is why 3 stars. The place was dusty and cob webs thru out. The wall paper peeling off. The cleaning fluid used on oven was toxic and took 3 days to burn off. The place stunk like lemon pledge when we arrived all thru house it was overwhelming had to open all doors and windows for an hour to get smell out! The 2 nd bedroom mattress was old and worn out, one couch in living room broken and sunk to floor. Bedding was old and out dated. This was not a cheap rental totally was NOT worth money! Oh and took 2 days to replace scratched up old cooking pans that looked like they should have been thrown out two decades ago! Due to the pans and toxic smell from oven couldn’t cook the Christmas dinner for my family total disappointment!

Water heater was not working properly, even normal heating also not working all the time.

The cabin was nice however, it was dirty and had not been properly cleaned. There were cobwebs on the walls and all over the light fixtures. The floors were filthy and all of our socks got extremely dirty so we had to wear shoes the whole time. I wiped the floor in the bathroom with a wet paper towel and it turned black. There was rat droppings in the master bathroom! The towels and wash cloths had black stains on them. There were nasty stains on one of the bedspreads. The dishwasher almost fell out of its cubicle while loading it. My family and I are not used to a place being that filthy. I don’t know who supposedly cleaned it but it was definitely not acceptable. We were disappointed and disheartened to say the least. I am only sharing this because I feel that the owners should know. It was not worth what we had to pay.

Great customer service, the lake cabin had a awesome location it was clean and ready for my family to enjoy. I encountered a minor key issue witch the administration was able to address in a snap. My family and I had a great experience. We will be back for summer our vacation.

The house was nice and a great location, but not very well maintened. Also previous renters tried to place some pranks around the house like the cooking glove has some sharp metal spikes inside. But we were able to administraded and have fun. Hope the owners could take care the place better.
