It is so wonderful to find a company that cares about the fabrics they use and the impact on the environment. As a naturopath, I am conscious of the impact that the fabrics we wear and sleep in has on our health.

I have both the mattress protector and the all seasons quilt insert and I can’t fault either of them. Both pieces are extremely high quality and very well made. The quilt insert has a nice weight to it whilst still being suitable for both winter and summer. The team at Bhumi have also been wonderful in helping answer my questions about how to care for both pieces and I’m looking forward to purchasing more from them.

I bought sheets for each member of the family. It costs a fortune but the promise of well made, organic sheets that would lasts was appealing. 14months later all the sheets are ripped down the middle and now rags. The company deletes any reviews that aren’t 5 stars and relies heavily on new customers, instead of quality to bring back previous customers. Won’t be purchasing anything from them again. Cheap Kmart sheets last longer 😞

I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for years, especially for king single and double beds. However, I am really disappointed with their queen sheets now. The flat sheet isn’t long enough at the bottom to tuck in properly. There’s only about 2 inches unless I pull it down really far, but then it's not high enough at the top. I’ve always bought a larger size for the flat sheet because most sheets don’t provide enough length on the sides. But now, the issue is that their sheets are too short at the bottom, which I’ve never experienced before.
To solve this, I ended up buying a super king flat sheet because it’s longer than the king, but it’s ridiculously oversized on the sides for a queen bed. I shouldn’t have to resort to buying a super king flat sheet just to make it work.
To make matters worse, I noticed that they’ve stopped selling separates and now only offer sheet sets. This is frustrating and a total money grab. I’ve always bought different sizes for the fitted and top sheets, and sometimes people just need to replace one of them. The move to only sell sets limits customers’ choices and feels like a controlling move, especially for those of us who prefer more flexibility.
I’ve supported this brand for its ethical and organic cotton products, but taking away options like this makes me question their priorities. Unfortunately, unless these issues are addressed, I won’t be coming back as a customer. It’s such a shame, because I have loved the quality of their products.

Had to call them numerous times about different issues. Apparently their delivery got “delayed” for over two months. The customer service lady who sounds kiwi has no empathy and is rude. Heard 3 people talking upstairs at the Collingwood store. Chatting but no work done. Don’t even bother to order from them, support a better Australian company that cares for their customers!!!

Very disappointed with my experience with Bhumi Organics. Communication was poor throughout and after ordering there was no proactive updates. I was told twice that new stock had arrived and that my order would be sent ASAP yet after over a month of waiting, nothing was delivered.

When I eventually requested a refund due to the inconvenience and lack of communication, I only received a partial refund, which was frustrating given the circumstances.

It’s a real shame, as the products themselves seem good, but the customer service and handling of delays let the brand down significantly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t order again.

I’ve been living in this basic white tee and leggings from Bhumi Organic lately they’re one of those throw on and go pieces that just work. The fabric is beautifully soft and breathable, and I love knowing it’s made from organic cotton. A perfect addition to a capsule wardrobe.

Love my products, they are such high quality. I have two of the tablewear collections and am looking forward to trying some activewear. Thank you for making such lovely sustainable products

I absolutely love my Bhumi kitchen pieces, they are soft and beautifully made - the organic cotton napkins and placemats look great on the table, but more importantly they feel lovely to use in everyday life.

Since having kids I’ve become more mindful not just of the food we eat, but the pieces we use around the table too. These feel gentle, durable, and practical for daily meals, yet stylish enough for special occasions. I also love that they’re made from certified organic cotton with thoughtful ethical and sustainable values behind the brand as a whole.
