The product is beautiful, but I have not received 9 of the 10 bath towels I ordered, I have sent 2 emails Over the last 10 days to Bhumi customer service and called once but as yet as have no response and I am very concerned as it was a considerable financial outlay .

I’ve ordered lots of products over the years from this company. Starting small and building up. The sateen bedding is a family favourite. We have everything from doonas through to dresses. The design of their bedding is fabulous with labels for long and short ends that eliminates the “which end is which” faff. The storage bags are brilliant and make finding the right linen for our different sized beds much easier! I’ve always found their customer service to be responsive and helpful. Having organic, ethically sourced products is very important to me and supporting passionate small business owners who are genuinely interested in sustainability is important for our children’s future. If you are new to this business I recommend reading their story and you’ll get a sense of the people you are buying from.

I have now bought bedding and sleepwear from Bhumi for years - my favourites are the flannel fabrics for Winter, and cotton sateen for Summer. All products have performed brilliantly, even after many washes. The colours also look fabulous in the home - my favourite is the undyed cotton which is a beautiful cream and the new olive which adds a natural look to bedrooms. Many thanks Bhumi!

I discovered Bhumi several years ago while looking for organic cotton clothing and have been pleased with the product quality and customer service. Over the years, their online store has become a little haven for me whenever I want to refresh underwear, bed linen and more.

I have bought many items from Bhumi over the last couple of years - sheets, towels, PJs, linen pants, as well as a jumper and polo shirts for my husband which he loves. I contacted the store to double check on sizing before buying his tops and they were helpful. I also had one of the best in store experiences when i returned an item for exchange.

Great sustainable and organic products that stand the test of time. Don't be party to microplastics and fast fashion. I purchased towels, turbans, bed sheets, underwear, leggings, cami's and jumpers 6 months to 5 years ago. All still in use. Loving my buys.

Have been ordering from Bhumi for a couple years. Very impressed with quality of the product and timeliness. Unfortunately their recent relocation of warehouse and stock at the end of 2025 lead to delays in delivery which I experienced like others note on this site. Hopefully they get back on track quickly in 2026. Highly recommended the products.

I have purchased so many Bhumi items- bed linen, twill towels, pjs and boxer shorts. The quality is outstanding but it is the fact that it is an Australian owned company without outstanding ethics in sustainability and fair trade that keeps me coming back.

Bhumi thankyou. Finally I have found a truly great product that I love. The thick cotton rich fabric that is certified GOTS is so easy to wear. I first bought sheets from them, then quilt covers. Loved them and also bought the wrong size by mistake and Bhumi kindly swapped it over in no time with no problems. I then purchased the pyjamas which are soooo comfortable and wanted another pair. They did not sell them any more, so I messaged Bhumi and they said they were bringing the style back and sure enough they did. I bought a summer and winter pair as well. Fabric is great and I sew myself, so I know good fabric....Customer Service is excellent, great communication. Thankyou Bhumi.... it is a pleasure to wear your garments and sleep in organic cotton sheets. Have since bought long sleeve tshirts and hoodie, such good quality.

Good quality leggings. I did find that the last pairs ordered came up a little smaller than previous ones. However they are well made and long lasting. I have several pairs.

As a sufferer of a long term allergy to a specific chemical which is used in far too many products, Bhumi are such a welcome difference in supplying clothing, bedding and bathroom products which are free of chemicals and certified organic cotton.
