I had problems with the first titanium band that only lasted 7 month. The warranty is 6 months bot they are sending a replacement. Thanks for the help and good service.

I don't know how it works, but it does! I've always suffered aches in my legs which makes it hard to fall asleep. But when I lay my legs on the groundingwell mat, I am fast asleep!

If it was an option, I would rate this brand zero. It took them long to process and ship my order. Then, the tracking number claims my order was delivered but here I am, still waiting. I contacted customer service and again, took them a while to respond, and their response was useless. Absolutely disappointed.

I got for Christmas and started sleeping on it immediately. I have slept so much better this week and woke up every morning with improved my sleep as nothing else had changed. Excited to see how things progress.

The watch band is lovely, just what I was looking for. The resizing kit that came with it was simple to use, and I feel like my watch looks upgraded with the new band. I have worn it in the office, out with friends, and just cleaning etc in general - it is holding up well and is comfortable.

Returned the band, more then I month passed and money was not returned. Not even with the post office prof of delivery and support does not answer.

The tool that is provided has a lot to be desired,plastic tools are never a good thing

Great colour match, easy to remove links etc. Very happy with the look but took a while to get here.

After waiting a few weeks for delivery, the bands purchased are of inferior quality and not as represented on their website. Very disappointed. I hope they will provide a refund without a lot of hassle. Aldo, one band is faulty (broken). Contacted this business and they offered a 60% refund if I kept the items. I have asked for a full refund. They have been difficult to deal with and very slow to respond.why should I be out of pocket for $50 and have to pay return postage for items that arrived not as advertised? Please save us all time and effort and either provide a full refund or your reply paid details so the items can be returned. This request is reasonable in the circumstances.
