RESOLVED—ORDER NOW RECEIVED. Ordered 2 iWatch bands on April 14 and my credit card was billed April 15 but product not delivered. I sent an email to Bezeli Support with the order details. NEED RESPONSE, or complaint will be escalated on social media.

Great customer service and beautiful strap…

Ordered and received a leather strap which when it arrived was scratched . Send a picture of this and a request for a replacement . Next day I received an apology by email and confirmation that a new strap would be sent . That arrived today along with another strap I purchased after receiving such great customer service .
The straps are lovely too .

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I have ordered from them and haven’t received the product yet. Its been months. I reached out to their support and they mentioned that they will send it again. This time again the tracking shows item being delivered whereas there was no delivery done to my address or post office. BEWARE!
@bezeli - Stop posting template replies. Your order re shipment is also showing delivered whereas I haven’t received any. You have been sending me template emails about contacting your courier who doesn’t even reply to my emails. Who’s responsible for delivering my product? I am facing this harassment and when I ask for refund you guys asked me to contact the courier as well. This is a complete scam that you’re running.
Regarding your shipment status - I can build a website tomorrow showing the same information but that doesn’t mean that has happened. As an organisation you should take responsibility towards ensuring that your customers that you are so pretentiously concerned about has received the item successfully or take it up with the courier instead of harassing the customer.
Also, people reading this review please check the reply from Bezeli and decide if you would like to face the same consequences. They show that they ship from China and don’t care if the product has delivered or not. You will neither get a call or reply to your email from their courier partner whatsoever. You have been warned.

Upon reviewing the tracking information for your order, it seems that the package was marked as delivered on March 2. Regrettably, you did not receive it, prompting us to offer a complimentary reshipment to address the issue on March 10. However, the tracking information for the reshipment indicates that it was also delivered on March 22, despite your non-receipt. It's indeed unusual for a package to be marked as delivered but not received, especially when the address is correct. When an order reaches the "delivered" status, it usually signifies that the delivery has been completed, and the package should be in your possession.

Another drop ship china product

Another drop ship china product. These are from china along. You can find them on Aliexpress. These guys along with alot of others are bought in bulk on alibaba or aliexpress and resold for twice as much.

There seems to be alot of the "luxury" companies out there, be careful and do research on the products you buy. Bezeli is definately not an italian company lol. These guys take a less expensive product from china and slap and expensive name on it and resell it. There are absolutely no ties to italy. Company headquarters is a PO box in california lol.

Stay away from this company

Bought a watch strap from this company which appeared to be faulty, which caused my watch to fall from my wrist , understandable I would not be comfortable in attaching another Apple Watch to one of there straps and they are refusing to accept the strap back and refund, I would strongly advise to stay away from this company and there shoddy merchandise

since this review was posted Bezeli offered a 50% refund which i felt had no other option other to accept, they then went on to refund 25% and again i had to send numerous emails in order for them to honour this agreement.

after doing some research I became aware this is a common problem with their watch straps, they are not fit for purpose and would strongly advise anyone using this company, I certainly wont be making any further purchases.

Produit de qualité, tant pour les bracelets métalliques que pour le cuir.
Le temps de transport est un peu long parfois, une dizaine de jours mais le résultat à l'arrivée est satisfaisant.

Poor Customer Service and Non-Compliance with Warranty Rules

I purchased a titanium watch strap from Bezeli, which unfortunately became defective after just 10 months of use. I reached out to their support team twice, but received no response. According to their own warranty guidelines, I provided the required photo and description of the issue, expecting a replacement strap. However, Bezeli failed to honor their own rules.

In summary, I strongly discourage anyone from buying Bezeli products. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to adhere to their own policies make them an unreliable choice. Consider purchasing your watch straps elsewhere.

The first bracelet was broken upon delivery and the second bracelet was also broken three weeks later. no possibility of return or recourse from the company. I can only strongly advise everyone against it.

Bello e di qualità

Il bracciale è di qualità e si abbina molto bene. Ho avuto qualche problema con la regolazione della misura. Uno dei piolini , una volta tolto , ha avuto un malfunzionamento ed il bracciale si è aperto due volte (ed una volta l'orologio mi è caduto a terra). Faccio fatica a fidarmi del tutto e lo sto tenendo d'occhio.

I wasn’t sure about the company nor their products but I was pleasantly surprised by them.

I bought both an Athlete Pro Sports strap and a Titanium band for my Apple Watch Ultra 2. So far, so good.

Best bang for the buck

Best bang for the buck! For the price, I can’t really complain. Also the customer service was really good. Their communication with the buyer was smooth and was able to help me out with any questions I had with the purchase. Looking forward to any other products worth the grab!

These are good quality and very cute

These are good quality and very cute. I love they have size adjustment links. Although, it did take time to get them I knew going in it would take time.

Combi van titanium en leather band…

Combi van titanium en leather band besteld. Omdat ik twee weken levertijd lang vond, heb ik een mailtje gestuurd naar de klantenservice met de vraag wanneer ik de artikelen kon verwachten. Vier tot vijf dagen later kreeg ik mijn mailtje retour afzender Bezelli. Geen antwoord op mijn vraag, of een andere fatsoenlijke reactie. Één dag later lag mijn bestelling voor de deur. Het spul ziet er geweldig uit, en voelt goed aan. Het leren bandje na drie dagen stuk ! Het stiftje wat het leren band met het (Apple) koppel systeem verbind krom getrokken. Eigenlijk mijn eigen fout . Maar omdat het leren band zo stug is behoeft het enige kracht om het bandje om je pols te sluiten.

Moet mijn ervaring bijstellen! Heb van Bezeli een gloednieuw leren bandje beloofd gekregen. Top !!!!

Week later een nieuwe leren bandje mogen ontvangen, topservice !!!
