Took ages to receive the parcel

The question „what makes this company great?” is easy to answer. Beside the fact that the product quality is excellent (for me the best products I ever used), beside that the packaging is stunning and from a wonderful quality, the customer service is super friendly and answers very fast. All my questions have been answered by a person and thankfully not from a robot. I will definitely re-order my products and also stick to Bexy Glow in case I need something new or more.
I even had a personal note on a label in my package. <3

Made quite a large order of things ,so far I’ve only swatched them,but the glitters especially with the sequins crimped ones in ,are absolutely amazing.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve emailed about my order which I still haven’t received and haven’t even received a response. It’s been a week since I put my order through. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Was my 1st time shopping with Bexy Glow and won’t be doing it and and deffinately will be letting other people I know in the industry and home users to not purchase from this company.

The products are fabulous, really easy to use. I have had a few problems with delivery but bexy glow have sorted it out quickly. I would definitely recommend these products, I only use these now and have thrown all my others away.

I have now used my Bexy Glow acrylic and Monomer and have to say they are fantastic, the acrylic is so so fine and goes on like butter, this is probably helped with the amazing monomer which I feel is slow to medium setting and it’s perfect for me as a starter to acrylic. I highly recommend as you won’t be disappointed. Oh and to add, my acrylic pots were full to bursting. I’m a very happy customer and will deffo use them again.

This is hands down the best acrylic. Super beginner friendly there monomer is truly low oder. The owners are so sweet. If you ever have any issues they are on it to fix it. I have all of there acrylics well I should say I have all of there products 😊😁🥰 Shipping to the United States is about 7-10 business day. If you haven't tried them out you are missing out

The product itself was really lovely to work with, I ordered the starter set just to test how I work with it and then to possibly order more. However when I opened the pots of acrylic I instantly noticed that the powder did not look to be the amount described on the pot. I got my kitchen scales and weighed both the pot with acrylic in it (15g) and then the powder itself (6g). This was disappointing. As pretty as the pots are I feel lighter packaging would be beneficial to get the correct measurements in future.

Bexyglow is so worth it, I've tried one other acrylic brand but bexyglow has me im a chokehold. 100% recommend, they never disappoint! Can't wait to use their other acrylics!

The parcel took weeks to arrive however was pleased with the swift response regarding an apology and shipping refund. I ordered the deluxe cover acrylic starter set. I wasn’t aware the powders were going to be so small I thought they would have came a little bit bigger, but great for testing which cover acrylics you would like to have as staples. The rest of the items are perfect.

My experience was amazing, after a delay with shipping they gave me some of my money back and apologised in advance.

I loved my experience with my bexy glow acrylic brush size 12, it is a really good brush that will hopefully last me long term, I’ve had it for around 10 days and it is definitely a really good investment.
