Terrible customer service. No telephone line. "Live" chat is AI with unhelpful responses. It took several days for a Happiness agent to contact me via email, and I suspect the agent was also AI. I would not buy from them again.

I love Beauty Pie. There is a fantastic range of products that feel like luxury but are really affordable. I only use it a couple of times a year but each time I stock up on things that are now essentials that I can't find anywhere else at a comparable price.

Excellent range and quality of products on offer, made very affordable with the annual membership. Their Youth Bomb range, in particular, is certainly comparable to the very high end options elsewhere, at a fraction of the cost.

I found high quality products at a very good price. Many best sellers for beauty and nutrition. I have bought the led mask, the chocolate collagen (very good quality), an under eye corrector, a lip balm, i have been really satisfied with all my purchases. Once they sent me a wrong item. They responded quickly and sent me the correct one without taking the wrong one back. I appreciate it.

I was hesitant to sign up at first but was tempted in by a full sized free gift which was the same price as the membership. I was not disappointed.
The products I have purchased have been fabulous quality and great prices. The packaging is lovely, and my bathroom cabinet and makeup bag are now very well stocked and coordinated.
Ordering is quick and easy, I use the app.
The only criticism I have for Beauty Pie is that popular lines are sometimes out of stock so I have to wait to place an order.

I have been ordering products from Beauty Pie for a few years now. The website is very easy to navigate and I find the product reviews to be very helpful. I’ve bought both skin care and makeup products.

Beauty Pie has excellent products at a reasonable price. Personally I do not care if a product is/is not a name brand, I just want to be confident what I purchase will work. Beauty Pie has consistently provided me this confidence on each of my purchases.

On numerous occasions friends and family have made unsolicited positive comments on my glowing complexion. The quality of the products have yet to disappoint and multiple friends are now also impressed and joined me as fellow Beauty Pie devotees. The Youth Bomb range is a particular favourite. For all you mature folks looking for a boost to younger looking skin, look no further than the Youth bomb serum, anti aging face cream and 50 spf. After this morning regime, I can use the brightening primer with no foundation and tubing mascara. No more panda eyes for me!. Complete with a natural lip balm and it's perfect daytime makeup .Micro caviar at night is another hit. Superb absorption.

First let me say that i love the products, but last Christmas (2024) i tried to order a product for my daughters and was promised that it would arrive in time. Unfortunately it did not and so i complained to the company, who then promised me an extra item free when the new stock arrived. I have ordered more since but, to this day, i have not received the free item i was promised. So my impression of this company is they do not keep their promises
