I am having good results with the injectable Tirzepatide

I am having good results with injectable tirzepatide. I had been buying it in tablet form but was finding that I was still craving food and snacks by late afternoon and evening. After consulting with Betterme Rx I switched to the injectable formula and I no longer get the cravings. The weight seems to be coming off faster too. I was initially fearful of doing the injections but I found it is not that difficult.

I order and paid for 6 month supply, but ONLY received 3 month. And no one has been able to tell me why, or when will my 3 other bottles supply will arrive.

Your first 3-month supply was successfully delivered, and your remaining 3-month shipment is already scheduled and will be sent automatically as part of your treatment plan — no action is needed on your end.

Well first of all

Well first of all, I let them know. I cannot take ozimpic only to find out that similar glue tide was ozimpic. In the generic form and I had told them, I went to the emergency room. Two times I had been on trizepatide now.I can't even use the summit glutide, whatever it was they sent me so basically I threw away all of my money and what's even worse about it is, you advertise the trizapatide for way cheaper. And then it turned out to be not. What you advertise? So I'm not happy with it at all. I have the medication, and I can't even use it. So it was a complete waste of my time.

They made everything good

I have not had any success in weight loss with this drug. The company was nice enough to refund my payment. It just didn’t work for me.

Shabby and deceptive

I signed up for 6 months of tirzepatide at $662.40. They delivered 3 months starting at a very low dose (2.5 mg/week), then claimed I needed to pay again for 3 more months, again at $662.40 for the more appropriate clinical doses.

Our program is structured so that treatment plans are fulfilled in 3-month increments, as our pharmacies are only able to dispense medication in those intervals. This protocol also allows our medical team to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments along the way instead of a one-size fits all solution. Additionally, based on your intake answers you were prescribed those dosages by one of our licensed physicians. While you may feel that dosage was low it was appropriate based on your personal situation.

Regarding the billing question, you were indeed only billed for 3 months. However, there was an error in how the billing was communicated, which we understand caused frustration, and we sincerely apologize for that. However, we can confirm that, per your request, your order was fully canceled and no further charges were made.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us continue to improve both our communication and overall experience for our customers.
