I did receive my meds as scheduled. But every time I get a email to sign into my portal I can't because the sign in code they send it always says it is expired!

Ineffective Medicine

My experience with Bettermerx customer support was consistently positive. Responses were prompt, professional, and informative, and representatives were responsive to my questions throughout the process.

My feedback relates specifically to the oral tirzepatide tablets. Over the course of treatment, I did not observe any noticeable effects or side effects at the initial dose after one month of use. Based on this, I requested incremental dose increases. While there was some initial hesitation, these adjustments were ultimately approved.

Despite progressing through multiple dosage levels, including up to 10 mg, I did not experience measurable changes. Given the monthly cost of $255, this outcome was not consistent with my expectations.

When I inquired about further dose escalation, I was advised by the medical team that the next step would be to transition to an injectable formulation. This differed from my original preference for an oral treatment option. I was also left with some uncertainty regarding the maximum available oral dosage (20mg) based on prior communications.

In summary, while customer support was effective and professional, my individual experience with the product did not produce observable results.

My original order was in January 2026. I tried your product and it didn't work. Without my approval and authorization you refilled the order which I received yesterday and charged my credit card. You had sent me an email saying that in order to refill, I had to complete a form.Since I knew I was NOT reordering, I did not complete the info you were asking for. I was very surprised when you sent me an email stating that you were "preparing" my order for shipment. I immediately sent you an email stating I did not authorize this, did not want your product and DON'T SHIP it because I was not going to pay for it. I followed up with 2 additional emails BEFORE you shipped. You ignored all 3 emails. The phone number listed on your emails did not work. I've informed my credit card company that this is a fraudulent charge and for them to refuse to pay it. I will use all platforms available to inform consumers not to deal with your unethical company. Put through a credit to my credit card reversing the $735.00 unauthorized charge so that this matter can be closed. Your business practices are unethical, totally dishonest and fraudulent.

Needs better packaging for shipping

Any time I have a question, it is answered right away. Everyone I have spoken with so far has been courteous and helpful. The only problem I have had at this point is that my medication, that has to stay refrigerated, is not cold when I receive it. Maybe a better packaging system is needed.
