Received my desk, the box was all but destroyed from the delivery. There were no instructions within the box, had to call the company + have them email me the instructions. Almost all the bags within the box were mislabeled which made assembling a bug challenge. Not v easy to follow instructions + a bit of a complex assembly...if you don't normally build things from bottom up. Am happy w my desk, it's not the greatest, but enough for what I need.

I had to contact the company 3 times before I was finally told that the item I purchased was no longer available and that they would be refunding my money.

What I like specifically about the TV stand is the look, color, width and led lights. Assembly requires time and patience.

My order came on time and the item looks fabulous.

Quick delivery. Sturdy shelves, on the darker side. Great quality.

I received a desk for Xmas as a present,put it together and found one of the screws in one handle is stripped,my daughter who bought this for me,is STILL dealing with this co,!!!And STILL NO product to fix it,pathetic customer service,I will never get anything else from here,and I'm really upset for all the crap my daughter has went through to make it right!! It's Feb 12 and NOTHING yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The desk arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Not being a “handy person,” I saw hired someone to put it together for me. The assembly took a little under two hours and I am very pleased with the desk. It looks just as nice as the online pictures and is serving my desk needs beautifully.

My daughter loved the desk we purchased as a Christmas gift for her. Shipping was great, especially around the holidays!!

I ordered the desk with the lightbar. Both said they were I'm stock but I had to wait twenty nine days for the light bar to show up from China. The shipping on the desk went well but I never received updates on the light bar. They both finally came, went together well and are well constructed and sturdy.

Fast shipping and honest pricing with great communication sealed the deal. Desk is great quality and very easy assembly.

Still haven’t received my product and it’s been over 3 weeks. So much for being delivered by Christmas as you had promised

At first I received an incorrect desk- wrong size and color. But Bestier customer service was very nice, and I received my correct desk within 2 weeks. The computer desk with shelves is great, just what I wanted, and most importantly, affordable!

The experience was great to ease of purchase and delivery as outlined with tracking information provided.

Difficult to get a hold of customer service. Staff are rude and useless. They tell you to message them via their website but no one responds. Terrible company., terrible customer service poor knowledge.

It arrived on time and well-packaged. The final result turned out better than expected, too. My only gripe is with the instructions; I often found they lacked clarity. (Words to go with the sometimes vague images would've helped.) Design-wise, the entertainment center is great! I only wish the holes for cable management were better positioned.

I recently got a desk from Bestier, and it’s the best piece of furniture I’ve ever had! Putting it together was incredibly easy, the instructions were clear and they even included a screwdriver for me to use! The desk is HUGE, especially for the price, and is very, very sturdy. It has shelves that could go on either side which is nice too! I’m very, very happy with my purchase, and I’m definitely gonna use the company again.

I had a specific desk in mind. I tried to get it from Amazon TWICE and they failed both times getting it shipped. I went Bestier direct and it shipped almost immediately, arrived a couple days later in excellent condition and assembled without issue. Very happy customer.

Had a great experience with customer service. When I called for support and didn’t leave a message, a call was returned to me and I was left a message for further contact. I appreciated them reaching out to me.

The L shaped desk I ordered online was shipped quickly to my home. It was packaged very well, no damage or missing parts. It was fairly easy to assemble following the directions & only took about 30 min. It’s a very nice looking sturdy desk that’s a great value for the price.
