Hi Briana, since this order was fulfilled by Walmart, meaning it was processed and shipped from Walmart warehouses directly, not us. You can contact Walmart customer service so that they can arrange a full refund or exchange the item for you. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Well designed furniture and awesome support.
I got an entertainment center and coffee table with LED lighting. The furniture is very well made and solid. It used 'cam lock' joints but also has dowel pins for added stability.
The support is awesome. I wanted an extra light strip to finish off the wall with the entertainment center and they were more than helpful.

Although one bag of connectors was missing, Bestier worked with me to get the replacements. When it was determined that I could purchase them locally, they issued a partially refund to cover the cost. The payment showed up in my account within a couple of hours of my emailing them a copy of the receipt.
I've never seen such a fast response. The is unbelievable. On another note, the desk is very nice and very well constructed.
I highly recommend this company.

A great gift and great support!
I got one of Bestier's desks as a gift. The build quality is superb and I'm a huge fan of the black carbon fiber design. One of the pieces, unfortunately, had a decent dent in it, but customer support was quick and happy to send me a replacement part. I'm very happy to have been introduced to this brand, and will surely be recommending it to others.

Placed an order for Amazon prime and the order was delayed. Literally a simple where is my order enquiry and it was the worst customer service I've ever received. One of the advisors was actually rude and didn't help any further and has since deleted the messages on Amazon live chat. So dodgy.

They sent the wrong screws, but the speed and professionalism of customer support absolutely deserves five stars! I also got my refund within minutes of letting them know my product was incorrect.

Product was damaged
Product was damaged. There was no way to send back after opening and discovering damage. Was offered $35 compensation, ended up receiving $50 refund. Still have a desk that's damaged that I do not want.

Fedex completely destroyed the box that the furniture came in, however since bestier packaged it well, nothing was broken. Assembling it was very easy. Please ditch fedex as the box was almost the the point of falling apart.

This product didn't look like what it was advertised.
The amount of steam was barely visible to create the FLAME effect as l was hoping to see like the original photo.
