Disappointed

Looked forward to seeing my son open his new gaming desk on his birthday. It arrived fast from amazon but the box was damaged and had been taped closed. There where more parts missing than I recieved. Had to take a day off work to recieve it and now I have to take another day off to return it and probably a third for a replacement. This hasn't been a good experience for me at all.

Beautfiul desk and customer support

I received a desk and it looked great and was easy to assemble. But a door had some minor damage and I contact Aria & Grace at Bestier and they offered a small refund or replacement of the door. Being that I hope to have the desk for a long time, I asked for a replacement door. I received shipping confirmation and tracking info and received the door quicker than they had advised and the new door is in perfect condition. Thanks for such excellent customer service and fixing my issue. Also, the desk is very well made and beautiful.

Bestier great service and products.

I purchased two desks for my computer room from them through Amazon, Both were great from delivery, packaging and quality of product along with good instructions which were easy to follow. They include tools need and even spare screws just in case but were not needed as all fitted well. Had a minor glitch with one panel having the wrong size hole for the electrical socket and without hesitation a replacement was sent from China which arrived shortly after, Excellent products fantastic service and very good quality and value for money. I very happily recommending Bestier products.

Great Customer service

I quickly received my desk but was missing a bag of screws so I called Bestier on a Saturday. Much to my pleasant surprise, by Monday they called me first because they saw a missed call ! They immediately noted what I needed and sent it within a couple days. They also followed up a couple times to ensure I received what I needed and that it all worked out. Great customer service !

excellent customer service

They have an excellent customer service that truly stood out, because of that they have gained a loyal customer for life.

I use my adjustable desk daily for work and its simply amazing how good it is, and for its price it is a no brainer!

Broken pieces made right

When our desk arrived, there were two broken pieces. I reached out to Bestier and they made it right.

I would look to use their products again.

Great Customer Service

I bought a computer desk. One of the pieces had a scratch but I decide it wasn't worth the hassle. 4 months later the desk drawer ball bearings broke. I contacted the customer service department about the drawer. They were wonderful they sent replacement parts right away. I mentioned the piece that had the scratch and they replaced that too. I would buy their product just for the customer service alone. They always followed up and provided tracking numbers on my replacement pieces. Kudos to them!!!

It took a few days and videos

It took a few days and videos, but this company followed up and made sure we got a working electronic fireplace. My wife is happy with it!!

Great Bookshelf

I had a damaged piece in the package for the desk I ordered. The customer service team at Bestier had a second desk delivered to me less than 48 hours later.

Originally was disappointed that I did not receive the hardware to complete building my desk. However, customer service was more than helpful to get me a full pack of hardware in a very quick turnaround to ensure the completion of my desk. They were very professional very understanding and very helpful. The desk is beautiful I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much.

I contacted customer service and was greeted by a friendly associate. I explained my problem and was immediately presented with a solution. This was followed by several personaliz3d emails repeating the conversation and telling me what steps to follow.

great value n quality

Ordered a tv stand/fireplace stand, very fast delivery, when we started building it we found a few damaged pieces that stopped the build process, called the # and they were very understanding and polite, offered to send out another cabinet, I received it in like 4 days, continued the build without issue! very satisfied with the customer service, highly recommend bestier
