Unexpected fees, Terrible customer service

The mattress is decent quality. I wanted to purchase one that was made in 🇺🇸. My issue is with customer service and an additional charge for $14 that they claim was tax (after I paid in full) approximately 3 days after I had placed the order. 2 weeks back and forth with them, and they will not refund the illegal charge. My order was over $500 and it's the point that I shouldn't have been charged for what was listed as an (international shipping fee) as my banking institution told me.

Even though I message my question over…

Even though I message my question over the Thanksgiving holiday, customer service got back to me with a detailed response immediately upon return. We love the gaming desk we bought for my daughter, just couldn’t figure out how to change the lighting colors since there was no remote. Customer service provided an image and instructions as well as the detail as to how to determine if our model was supplied a remote and we just hadn’t received it. Turns out, ours you switch manually with a series of buttons and that works just fine.

Beautiful TV stand

Beautiful TV stand; however, the color was off and did not match the natural wood I have around my home. I did return the item and the service provided was excellent and fair. The person who worked with me made it an easy process and understood my frustration.

Great customer support.

I received a fireplace with a malfunctioning heater after contacting support they were excellent and quick to responding. They immediately sent me a replacement fireplace that works. Highly satisfied with bestier support.

My 95-inch Bestier gaming desk went…

My 95-inch Bestier gaming desk went together perfectly! I was astonished at how well and accurately everything lined up. The table's quality is top-notch, and it's built sturdy and will last for many years!
I did have a small missing part, which did not hinder the assembly or the structure of the desk. I contacted customer service, and they were very accommodating and helpful and responded within a very short period of time. They explained things to me very thoroughly, and in a very short period of time, I had my missing item. I am pleased with Betstier and will continue to buy products from them!

Best example of how a customer service should be....

I was highly impressed with their customer service. I ordered a Bestier 55" TV stand with RGB lights; however, the lights didn't last long. They started to flicker and turn off after just a few days. On a whim, I sent an email to Bestier, and to my surprise, they shipped a completely new RGB unit to my home. Now it works like a charm!
It took a while to assemble the whole unit but the quality is great..

Keep it up guys...best customer support.

I love my desk

I love my desk. It’s design allows me to have everything I need on it and most importantly keeps my pc off the ground. Shipping was speedy. Assembling it was not difficult and everything I needed as far as tools was supplied (loved the little wrench that helped ensure that certain screws were tightened sufficiently). All in all, the desk is sturdy and compact. The price point is more than reasonable for the quality.

Horrible experience

To start off the TV stand I ordered came in an extremely damaged box. Not only that it was missing the bolts to put the unit together. One of the top parts came cracked. Customer service has been non existent with having to wait hours for replies back through email because they don't answer calls. They wanted me to fix the cracked part and keep unit with a 40% refund having no bolts to put it together either. They offered me a replacement for the cracked part that was going to take 30 business days for me to receive. I offered a solution of expediting me a similar unit that they have in stock only difference was the top of the unit was marble and not carbon fiber like the first time i ordered. They said they're inventory was out and can offer me a 50% refund for me to keep the broken unit with no screws. I'd save your money and go with something else better quality and with better customer service.

Send me a desk that turned up completed smashed to bits, cracked wooden desk and bent bars. After waiting 4 days for a response, to get told they’ll send a wood repair kit and that I should fix it myself. An absolute joke of a company. Do not deal with these crooks.
