Really impressed with Berkshire Heating Solutions. I needed my boiler serviced promptly and they were able to help me out quickly and at a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent and the work was carried out thoroughly and tidily. I would happily use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Jon was a fantastic help & a pleasure doing business with. He was very quick to respond to initial messages and extremely efficient and professional in dealing with my boiler issue. Also very reasonably priced & informative about what any problems were / how they could be prevented.

I contacted Jon due to a problem with my hot water tank which 2 previous plumbers had looked at and told me I needed a new tank which was a very expensive option. After contacting Jon he came round the same day and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and fix the issue at a fraction of the price I had been quoted for a new tank. He also fixed a problem with my heating. I would highly recommend Jon as it is clear he has more knowledge than others and had I contacted him first this would have saved me money overall. A fantastic service from start to finish! Jon was able to fit us in very quickly to service our boiler. Communication was easy, efficient and polite. Jon is very knowledgeable and experienced and our boiler was in very safe hands. He is friendly, courteous and professional and, as well as servicing the boiler and replacing some parts, he also managed to fit in another little job for us too, which was so helpful. I called Jon when our boiler was condemned by British Gas and he was able to come out the same day to quote. He took his time to talk me through the options available to us, and then worked late to put together the quote for the boiler and some other work that we needed. He was able to fit us in quickly and worked his socks off to get the job done. He gave a fair quote, stuck to it and was a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend Jon to anyone needing help with their heating system.

I called Jon last minute as released our boiler was past his service. Jon managed to fit us in with no hassle. When he was at mine I asked him to look at a few other things which he did with no hesitation. He also identified 2 issues which were causing our gas and electric bill to be higher than needed! Jon is professional, efficient and friendly. Would strongly recommend to everyone. I will be using him in the future

Jon was recommended to me and what a good recommendation it was.
He gave me a good honest and competitive quote to replace my old boiler and pump.
He arrived on time, kept me informed throughout the day as to how the job was going, did a really good neat job, cleaned everything up at the end of the job and is a very nice guy and polite with it.

Super friendly, easy to deal with, honest and quite frankly saved me a lot. After calling numerous companies and being advised on purchasing a new boiler would be the best course of action. (Mine was 7yrs old Worcester bosch greenstar RI). Jon found it wasn’t even the boiler but a leaky seal which damaged the water pump. Overall amazing and no messi g around. Would highly recommend!

Jon, came and replaced my boiler the other week after had had continuous issues over the last few months with various frustrations with British Gas. I got several quotes in a Jon was by far the most competitive but also came across as the most thorough and knowledgable of all the local heating engineers locally that quoted me, explaining why this must be this or that etc. I also had a secondly issue with a leak that he managed to resolve and created a great workable solution for my particular needs. Thank you for being so responsive, especially later in to the evening as the situation was developing. Never nice when your boiler breaks down but Jon accommodated an appointment at short notice, quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue quickly. Polite, knowledgeable and great all round service

Couldn’t recommend Jon enough, came to quote on the Monday and the job was complete on the Friday! He worked long days to ensure we had heating and hot water and was very tidy. 10/10

Excellent service provided by Berkshire Heating Solutions. I’ve been using them for the past few years and have always found them efficient, professional and friendly.

We had a problem with a couple of radiators not working very well. B Gas said we needed to flush the system. Jon came to visit and in one hour fixed the problem by simply rebalancing radiators and getting the flow right all around the system and radiators now work perfectly.

Really thorough work by Jon, who clearly knows his stuff. Really pleased. Thanks so much.
