Jon was punctual, polite and above all else did a great job. The price was good and i would recommend his services. I would definitely use him again.

I only noticed late evening that there was an issue with my hot water and heating.
I reached out and Jon came back to be right away with tips/advice to check first to see if at all able to resolve it quickly.
Since issue was not resolved he came through next morning and resolved issue very in a quick, efficient, professional and very friendly manner.
I would highly recommend to anyone with any heating issues.

We have used Berkshire heating Solutions for a couple of years for servicing with no issues. We had a breakdown and no heating during the coldest part of the year. It took a few days for Jon to come, but if a heating engineer isn't busy in the winter then somethings wrong! After spending time trying to fix the problem it was decided that a new boiler was the best answer. It didn't make sense throwing money at an old boiler so we agreed. 3 days later we had a new boiler with a 10 year guarantee. There was no hard sell and all is working well. Very happy to recommend and in fact already have done so.

Had a leak and was seeking recommendations this company reached out to assist and were also recommended. Came out when arranged and assessed work needed. Gave an estimate and info and sent quotes over the same evening. Good communication, and I felt able to ask any questions. Arranged for the work to be completed and they arrived the next day. We came down to a leak from our boiler. Jon explained over the phone that there a few possibilities one cheaper and one not so cheap. When he arrived we were expecting the worst but he told us thankfully that it was the lease of the two thankfully.
We also asked him to service it at the same time which he did.
He was very thorough in his work leaving no mess afterwards.

After having no heating at this time of year due to our old trusty boiler giving up, we contacted a few companies as per recommendations from Facebook groups! Not all of them responded or some stopped responding!

Sent a quote when they said they would, booked the job for 3 days after their first contact, arrived when they said they would & replaced our broken boiler with a brand new one! I had a fault with the boiler and called Jon at 9.30 on recommendation, he provided a fantastic response popped around between jobs, diagnosed the problem (without telling me I needed a new boiler) sourced the spare and had it up and working within the hour. Well pleased, great service and a nice bloke too.

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jon after being let down by Baxi, Jon came out to service my boiler after Baxi cancelled without reason. He was friendly, polite and professional, he even took the time to speak with us about boiler efficiency and changed the settings for us.

After a plea for help on social media Jon messaged to say he would fit me in the same day. He came round, had the part we needed in his van and our heating was back on by lunchtime. So pleased and we will definitely be using Jon for our annual services in the future.

Called them in the morning and they said they would come out to see my boiler the same day. He asked me to send him a video of the flashing lights and noises from the boiler so he could see what was happening before he came out. When he arrived he had come prepared with a new fan as that is what he had diagnosed from the video. He replaced the fan and the heating worked again.
Absolutely brilliant and preemptive deduction made from the video I sent, so that he came with the part required. Totally recommend 100%

Outstanding service- our central heating packed up yesterday and as it’s Christmas holidays we were struggling to get anyone to come and take a look. I called Jon after seeing his van in the area and he came the same day, had the required part in his van and fixed it on the spot.
