Mark turned up at 800am prompt worked tirelessly throughout the morning removing old boiler and fitting a new one,he was very professional and knowledgeable, showed us how everything worked on the new boiler, he took the old boiler away and all the packaging for the new one, would highly recommend.

My old boiler broke down and all my local plumbers were too busy to be able to help. I found Mark and Bentham on an internet search. I spoke directly to Mark who explained exactly what he could do. I completed my due diligence checking all the reviews as I tend not to believe what most people say. After completing my research I contacted Mark back and he arranged to come and fit a new Vaillant boiler with 4 days. His communication with me was superb, up to the point where he was running late on the day because of a crash on the motorwa. He made sure I was aware of this minor setback by texting me in the day. Mark still made it virtually on time and throughout the installation was very friendly and obviously knew the boiler business. His apprentice Taylor was equally as polite. His workmanship was excellent with all the pipe work neat and tidy. He added a magnetic filter to the pipes to help protect the boiler from anything within the water supply. Once the boiler was fitted he ensured that I knew how the system worked and he registered it with the manufacturers on my behalf. He ensured that the area he had been working was left clean and tidy. Due to how good and professional Mark was I have now signed up to his boiler service scheme and look forward to his visit in a years time. All I can say is that his service and professionalism was superb and I would highly recommend Bentham for anyone looking for a new boiler.
