I'm old and I've been wearing Desert Boots since my teens. I've just tried on my third pair of Ben Sherman D/B's and they are exactly the same in quality and comfort as the others. I wish I'd come across them sooner....Hope I get the chance to buy another pair.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pair of trainers for my son and paid for next day delivery and they didn’t show up so contacted them to be told DPD had lost them when DPD hadn’t even received them. No contact number for company which seems very odd and had to wait 4 days for a email response - awful customer service, just hoping I get a refund.

Second time I’ve ordered from them and they’ve taken my money but then emailed to say the item is out of stock. Still awaiting a refund 3 days later, terrible company and customer service. Seriously don’t waste your time shopping with them

Trying to get a response from their Customer Services is like trying to win F1 championship in a Reliant Robin. They clearly don't care once they have your money. It's a shame, because I love their clothing, but won't be buying any more from their website.
No refund
No refund - I kept a couple of items and returned £40 worth of items. Initially, they promised to process refund within a week but then asked for the return tracking number. I used what was provided with my order and assumed that tracking number was linked to my order. I didn't take a picture of that. Although they have all the information, the make excuses not to refund. Disappointed. Nice brand and dodgy management
No refund
I bought a couple of items from their website. Order delivered without any problem. A few items had a poor fitting so had to return them within the given timeframe of 30 days. After that never heard from them neither I received the refund nor I have the clothes anymore. Tried to contact customer service numerous times with zero response at all. So far the worst customer service and i don’t know where to go and who to talk to for assistance. They robbed me of my money. I am Never going to buy anything from them again. And I will let everyone be careful while retuning your clothes as you will never get the refund.

Customer service claim it's wear and tear and refuse to do anything.
It may be a big designer label but the quality is shocking.
Great Style but Rubbish Quality
Great style but rubbish quality for certain items. Thick sweaters, scarves and hats are now made from acrylic or acrylic-wool blends, which are itchy and uncomfortable. Belts are made using bonded leather, which peels away after a few months of wear. Also, the sleeves are far too tight on a lot of short-sleeve shirts.

Quality of the product has significantly deteriorated over the years.
I have been buying jeans from Ben Sherman since I was 18, over 20 years. The product was never that cheap, but for me the quality was there, and they would last for years so worth paying the premium.
The last couple of pairs haven't lasted more than a year. They seem to have really cut quality, particularly on the zippers. They just can't seem to handle day to day use without falling to bits.
I did raise the issue with them on the last one that broke (after only 11 months) as it's clearly a fault.
As such I am covered under the Consumer Right Act 2015. They should offer me a refund, replacement, or repair. To be clear, I was perfectly happy with a repair.
They didn't honour their obligations, and just told me as it didn't break straight away it clearly wasn't a fault with the zip. I know, it makes absolutely no sense! It was just an excuse not to do the right thing as per the consumer rights act.
My personal view is what is the point of having these laws to protect to consumer if companies can just ignore them as it's clearly not worth my time to pursue.
So sadly, after 20 years of great jeans I will no longer be buying this product. You can't afford to spend this amount on a product that's just going to break after a few months.

Just returned a sweatshirt that was bought as a Christmas present on the last day of the window , so it would have arrived with BS after that date .The refund was credited within a week no problem , and without any return cost . Also the courier used by BS , InPost, was efficient and convenient.
I have been wearing BS for over 40 years , and keep going back .
I bought a Ben Sherman (premium brand)…
I bought a Ben Sherman (premium brand) leather belt. Within 14mths it had started to delaminate. I own belts that are 14yrs+ old and still in use. I contacted MandM to complain. I was asked to send the belt back to be checked. It was returned stating nothing could be done as it was older than 12mths, which I had been open about from the beginning. Waste of time. Poor show. Poor belt.

Ordered a pair of jeans. Took slightly longer than the advertised delivery time but this was over the New Year period so was to be expected. Happy with the service and the product.
Disgusting Customer Service! Avoid!
I ordered a suit from Ben Sherman a couple of days ago & I requested an Express Delivery via DPD.
They sent me a tracking ID that didn't work at all so I was left in the dark regarding when the items would arrive.
After I heard nothing from Ben Sherman, I emailed their customer services & asked if the item had been delivered. They send me an email back saying that they tried to deliver it twice & they were going to send it back to the warehouse. They also stated that they would only issue the refund after they received the items.
I asked them how long it would take & I got nothing back.
They never knocked on my door despite me being in.
They never offered to allow me to pick it up & only stated that they are sending it back to their warehouse.
This is atrocious customer service.
They expect me to pay for items I never received... They are having an absolute laugh!
I love the clothes but hate the service! Avoid bensherman.co.uk like the plague. I will never buy from their website again!
