Used to be an awesome way to get a little extra cash, pay out was quick and no issues! I’ve now had a withdrawal pending for 2 months.
Customer service is now automated and it clearly looks like their responses to Trustpilot are too!

My withdrawals are still in Queue since December 10 2025. When I emailed the suppot I got a generic email. I feel Benjamin is holding our money hostage.

I do not like now that my money has to sit for a couple months so I can maybe to get it. And even though I'm in sending emails to support team. No one has answered any of my questions. I got about $100 they owe me.

I have used this app for many years, but since they did this update to make things better. It has shas actually made things extremely worse! Terrible customer service. You would get your withdrawal within the month, but now you are waiting for several months. I highly recommend using other gaming apps that pa out instantly. This app is a joke.

What is so hard in paying your users? It was fast and simple before 12/5, now my $$$ sits in Queue? They're playing games and I see that I'm not alone in the frustration. I'd like to be paid.

They used be great but they’ve been holding my money for months. They suck!!!!

It is now April 10th 2026 and I haven't received any of the withdrawals I've requested since December 9th 2025. Originally in the app it told you how many days it would take to get your money--mine said 83 days before they changed it to say "3+ days" then just "processing". That would have been March 2nd. I have emailed support asking them nicely to release my money and they gave me a non-answer similar to the canned AI-generated responses they give on here. Ridiculous.

If there was a negative rating, this place would get it

Everyday they promise to pay out rewards. I haven’t had one pay out since May 2025. I have over $350 “in queue”. Since Dec 8 2025. The first days they allowed us to request rewards again.

I’d like to see something paid out

I was supposed to get my payout of $50 in December the 22nd 2025 I never received it been waiting on it I have attempted multiple times on getting in contact with them they just keep on telling me to wait I will not be playing this game until I receive my $50 I do not recommend playing this game because they have change on how they pay you they used to be really good with this up now it has changed thank you have a good day

I have been with the Benjamin app for a few years and loved it. It was easy to earn cash and extremely uncomplicated to cash out your earnings. This all changed last year when they "re-vamped and overhauled" the app and redemption process, which they held up until 12/03/25. It took me until 12/20/25 to actually start the redemption process, but my withdrawal has been sitting in a queue since that day and not progressing at all, despite several emails sent to customer support. I have received cookie cutter responses that do not explain the delays. It is a shame that the app has turned sour and it is not a pleasant experience anymore.

Put in a request for the money I earned on Dec 9th...it is now April 10th and I still have not received the earnings. This app was really good a year ago then they changed things and now nobody is receiving their earnings

I had been playing the games and earning money, the first withdrawal I made was fine. Then the game starting telling me I had to wait to withdrawal because they were upgrading the payment system, so I waited a couple of months to be able to withdrawal, finally it allowed me to make two withdrawals in December 2025 and I still have not received the payments.

I started checking the responses to negative reviews regarding payouts and they are all the same generic BS. My first withdrawal since the revamp has been in queue waiting to be processed since 12/10/25. 119 days, I would like a definitive answer on how long does it take for withdrawal to complete. I don't want the generic BS answer.

This app is a scam. Spend hours playing a game. This app does not pay out. Pending payments since December. Stay away from this company.

UPDATE: finally reach a real person thru customer support and this is what I got “ We are working to expedite payments whenever possible. However, we’re currently dealing with an issue that’s preventing us from pushing payments through as quickly as we normally would, and I don’t have a clear timeline for when that will be fully resolved. Unfortunately, there’s nothing more we can do at this moment”

I guess they still won’t pay

Long-time user of the Benjamin App (2–3 years) with consistently reliable payouts until about 9 months ago. Since then, something has clearly changed.

I’m currently owed ~$100 after 4+ months of repeated payout requests and weekly follow-ups. Support responses have been generic (“high request volume”) with no timeline or resolution.

I’m also seeing similar reports from other users indicating payments may have stalled since late 2025. Based on my experience, payouts are no longer dependable. Proceed with caution. Actually, strongly recommend you don't proceed!

I loved the site until they changed everything at the end of 2025. Now my money has sat in a queue since December 9th, 2025. They used to allow you to withdraw into gift cards to just about any store or restaurant. Now you can only withdraw to Venmo or PayPal and be placed in a queue for I don’t know how long because I haven’t gotten my money in 4 months.

Started playing Benjamin in 2025. I always had problems cashing out with fraudulent activity but I would always receive funds. Then December came and now you can only request $50 at a time which takes forever. I have 3 separate withdrawals waiting earliest on Jan 30 and it is still in queue to be processed what a joke. I have not played this app since last year and will never play again.

It has been 4 months and I have got received my payment. I’ve cashed out 3 different times and still not one cent. Before they changed the payment system I never had problems cashing out. I request my payments back in December when we were finally allowed to cash out. Now it sucks and so does this app. I filled out the request form 10 times and it won’t even submit my request. Not only are they stealing my time and money now you’re scamming people.

When they were paying out gift cards prior to the last 6 months they DID pay out right away...unfortunately that is not the case anymore. I was saving up my points to use before last Christmas so built up$1000 but before that they discontinued the gift cards and only allow Venmo or PayPal withdrawals of up to$50 at a time now, AND charge you 99 cents for each withdrawal. Ok....not cool but fine, Well Ive been trying to withdraw my money ( in $50 increments) and it says processing.... for the last 2 weeks! I've contacted them and just get a generic answer of they are in queue and it takes "awhile" to get to my turn and pay put. I've heard others saying that they've been hearing this message from them for MONTHS though and still no payments! I would NOT waste your time playing their games until you start seeing these reviews saying that they ARE paying out again !!!BEWARE!! Your time is precious and they are making money with our time!!
