Buyer beware!!!! The hat I purchased was not true to size and it took MONTHS to get an exchange, even after an employee assured me the item was in stock and would be held in anticipation of my return, which I sent off the same day I received the return label. When I called to check the status, I had the rudest experience ever! Their rep spoke over me and was very dismissive regarding my concerns.

I ordered a Hat 1 size too big , I returned it $45 return postage charge, 3 weeks later still waiting to receive any communication about exchange hat being sent, No reply to 3 emails. Original Hat did seem High Quality but still overly priced,I'm don't think will be ordering from them in the Future.

Hats look great on website and come in fancy boxes but the quality is poor.

It is no wonder the company does NOT allow any returns.

These hats cost more than Bailey/Bollman hats by about 50% and are equal to or worse quality.

I've purchased three hats from Bellissimo Hats; the first two were "off the shelf" and arrived as promised. My third hat was custom and I had some issues with the style after discovering I had one just like it. Josh, the customer service representative, patiently worked with me through some 14 emails, providing outstanding service. I am impressed!

My other hats are from a haberdasher in England and all are "bespoke" (British for custom). They routinely take 10 - 14 weeks, and for one, it took nearly 24 weeks due to demand. A custom hat from Bellissimo could take 6 - 8 weeks, which is remarkable. If you want a new hat "now," don't order a custom hat!

Will never shop with this company again. I waited 2 months for delivery, I had to chase responses, at every turn. Hat ordered at the beginning of October and not received until December. I only received my item because I chased them relentlessly. They are dismissive with constant excuses made.

I requested to log a formal complaint and have my $75 shipping fee refunded; I was told no because they had spent too much money trying to eventually get my item to me.

Save your money and give it to a company that appreciates your custom, don't waste your time here, if customer service and communication are important to you.
