Awful returns policy doesn't account for Christmas
I bought a necklace and pendant for my wife for Christmas on November 25th only to discover after the day that I had ordered the wrong one. After contacting the shop on December 27th I was disappointed to learn that I could not exchange it for the larger one because of their stringent 14 day returns policy. This is not my understanding of what good customer service is, needless to say I won't be doing any more business with this shop in the future.
