Popped into Bella Baby in Dundrum looking for a travel stroller and had such a lovely experience. There were loads of options, which could have been overwhelming, but Sarah was amazing. She took the time to walk us through everything, pointed out the pros and cons, and helped us find the one that was right for us. The store is really nice too — bright, spacious, and easy to browse. Would definitely recommend!

Good communication prior to purchase. Query re item answered quickly. Prompt despatch and next day (Saturday) delivery. On sale so bought at a good price too and the whole transaction was trouble free. I highly recommend this supplier.

Ordered a sunshade for the back window, for my fur baby!!! They are the only company to stock this exact shape and size with 3 suckers. Efficient delivery, although delivery charge is slightly more than usual. I appreciate they're a small business so it seems fair.

I had a car seat from these guys which broke a little while after purchase. These guys collected it, sent it off for repair and had it back to me within a week! Nothing was too much trouble and they saved me so much hassle with the manufactures.

Super, Fantastic Company !! I wanted the TrippTrapp baby to adult chair, I compared price and bundle deals online and Bella Baby came out best valued by far. I made my order on Friday morning using PayPal and received a confirmation and receipt , Bella Baby despatched to DPD by midday, and a box arrived within the given one hour time slot on Saturday, early afternoon. The bundle was well packaged! On opening the box, the individual items boxes within were unblemished. The items were just as described.
If only all companies took such care life would be a lot less stressful X
