Phoned Tuesday morning - spoke with a rude little madam who didn't give a toss. Ending up having to cancel the pram and I have now to run around the town and look for a pram today. Disgraceful attitude from your staff- never again will I get anything from your store

This shop can be hit and miss. Since having a baby have purchased lots of items but have had some mix ups like yesterday so you really need to be on your guard checking to make sure you have not been overcharged and also checking big orders to make sure all items are included and correct colours etc.
I sent my mam around to purchase the owlet sock as it is advertised at €270 on the website, I assume their online and in store prices are the same. She came home and I noticed the box said €319.50 on a sticker on the side, I said it was meant to be €270 don’t tell me you paid €319.50 and she said no look at the card receipt they actually charged me €339 . The double pack that has the sock with the camera is listed on their website for €339??? I’m thinking maybe the sales assistant made a mistake and scanned it in as the more expensive item? They closed at 6 so couldn’t go back around and tried ringing but their phone is off. Yes some of their sales assistants are so knowledgable and helpful (I just purchased a Cybex Sirona T yesterday off a very helpful lady she helped me put it in the car and showed me tips for strapping baby in and also helped me decide on a travel pram), but then other times you might not experience that. To their credit I received a call today to explain it was scanned in as the more expensive owlet by mistake and they apologised and issued a refund for the difference over the phone (and that was part of what had me so annoyed was that I was going to have to go back to the store today to sort it but I actually didn’t as they sorted it all over the phone)! At least you know if you do have any problem they have good customer care and after sales and are very quick to sort it.
Ordered at 11.30am and had the sleep sack by 1pm the next day. Exactly as described and competitively priced. Fantastic service.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Walkinstown store, Ciara, in particular was an excellent salesperson, she explained the specifications of each car seat effortlessly and clearly. Would highly recommend

I recently ordered a Joie carseat from Tony Kealys, unfortunately they didn't have it stock so they email me. As I didn't have their email address stored it went into my junk file, so they went above and beyond and actually rang me and offered me an alternative. The customer service of this company is amazing and the carseat arrived 2 days later all the way to the UK. Well done Tony Kealys I will certainly be recommending you to everyone.
Advertising items in stock but then once paid they let you know they are waiting stock. Weeks later an email to say there is a delay. No reply from customer service they have processed a refund 7days until that’s received to order somewhere else. Waste of time and poor communication
Avoid buying - Tommee Tippee Double Wearable Breast Pump
PLEASE CHECK THE RETURNS OPTIONS BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCTS AS YOU MIGHT LOSE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. Bought a Tommee Tippee Double Wearable Breast Pump however it is not great quality and takes ages to work. When tried to return the product to the retailer Tony Kealys in Dublin they refused to accept it due to hygienic reasons and suggested contacting Tomme Tippee customer care. When contacted with the customer care team they suggested contacting retailer Tony Kealys. Now it's been just 3 days since the date of purchase and both the manufacturer and retailer refusing a refund. retailers should mention this strictly to customers that there will be no refund while customers purchase the goods.

Do not order anything else (especially from Cork store) if that possible.
They don’t deserve even one star. We ordered a simple cup via a store transfer and arrived in store and to collect it on Thursday 26th after a staff member confirmed it had arrived. We arrived to store find out it was allocated for somebody else.
Then we paid in the store for a store transfer and called the store on Friday and they said we should hear by the Saturday 5th.
And of course, it is already 8th, we haven’t heard anything from them.
Called store again, the answer was it is still on the way and they can cancel the order if we want (after 3 weeks, they can only offer this from a store manager).
Customer service is very important for immediate needs and they are not good on this.
Go shop around, pay little bit more, but do not waste your time
Just purchased two stair gates for our new home, specific info they are called “Safety 1st U-Pressure Fit Easy Close Metal”. We bought them online in color black to match the new paint decor - they arrived in grey! Completely wrong color to what’s advertised.

The staff in Walkinstown are so helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me to make sure the car seats were fitted correctly and safely for our toddler and newborn. I'll definitely return here. Highly recommended.
#Updated for clarification re display issue. Tonys have explained why the basket showed as it did, but from a consumer perspective this did appear as an order for two items when only one was coming. Each item in the basket when followed would lead back to the description of the chair#
We ordered two highchairs from this site with a bundle discount applied for one of the highchairs. At point of purchase our basket contained two high chairs, our tracking information listed two high chairs, our order information showed two high chairs. However only one high chair has been delivered, on contacting customer services they have stated that this was essentially how a bundle option was displayed in the basket and only one chair would be delivered.
At point of purchase we agreed a price believing we were going to receive two chairs, not one, which is incredibly misleading.
They had offered a return for the one chair that did arrive but unfortunately the chair is already in use as we thought there was just a delay on the second. Beware that the content of your basket/ your order summary may well not be what you actually receive.

Got a Moses stand off them for 28e. It was shipped from a different company and when arrived it was terrible quality and not as described. Clearly a knock off with lots of spelling mistakes etc in the bare instructions given. Highly disappointed with the quality and service. Not worth even a quarter of the price.
I am now apparently responsible for the cost of return for such a lacking product.
I will not be buying or recommending Tony Kealys to anyone.

I purchased a new stroller online, I found the website easy to use and the prices were very competitive. Ordered on a Thursday evening and had the product delivered the following Wednesday. I am very pleased with the whole experience.
I recently purchased some car seat adaptors from Tony Kealys and can’t speak highly enough of customer service. The product wasn’t what I thought it was but they were so helpful in trying to resolve it for me. I ended up with a full refund but there was no difficulty in receiving this and it was very quick. There was a lot of back and forth with several members of the team and each of them were as helpful as the next! Will definitely go there for my next baby purchase!
The help and assistance in Tony Kealys Coolock store is nothing but excellent. We arrived with no idea of what to get with buying a new car we weren't sure what would fit. We were greated by Trish and explained our situation that we rented a car that was going to similar and nothing was too big or too small for her to help with, she gave us all of her time and attention and nothing is ever rushed. She spent 2 hours with us demonstrating and trying every pram in the boot. Even when we changed our mind about the pram brands 5 times. A lovely girl and the love and compassion is clearly evident, especially to myself and my wife. We were shocked that we could walk away with the travel system we wanted on the day,
it was a great reliefto myselfandmy wife. We will be back for the bundle next. I’d recommend anyone to visit Tony Kealys Coolock the staff are excellent 👍
Excellent customer service. I incorrectly purchased incorrect (and more expensive) item online and only realised upon delivery. I received a response within 7 mins of contacting them where they arranged return (with postage costs covered), shipment of replacement item (received only 2 working days after I first contacted them) and refund of price difference.
Went into Tony Kealys in Coolock this morning to try and figure out how we could fit three car seats into our five-seater vehicle. Daisy was so incredibly helpful. She even had us pull up the car in front of the shop, put on a raincoat, and came out to try out different configurations for us. Excellent service!
Today I went to Tony Kealys with my husband and had such a bad experience. The staff waited around the counter all four women, not one came over to us to help. I went up to the counter to ask for help and the girl I had could not tell me about the Icandy we were looking at it or any of the types of the buggy’s we were looking at it any detail ! She had zero interest in selling us anything. Then I asked another lady about a changing unit that my friend bought back in August and she told me they never stocked it ? Honestly if it’s your first time having a baby don’t come here as it will disappoint you ! We went on to Bella Baby in Fota retail park after and had the best experience!
