We visited Belfast Beds a few times before making a final decision on the bed. At all times, the staff were very patient and did not pressurise us. We felt we were given honest and fair advice. We were pretty happy with the final price we paid.

Delivery was on time. There was a slight problem with the configuration of the drawers. But this was set right by BB fairly quickly.

I bought a mattress and bed frame. I was concerned only about the mattress. Third day had shoulder pain, I tried to confirm if I was wrong or because of sleeping posture, used for next a week or so. Called the customer service in Cambridge and was told CEO is gone for holidays.
They will let you sleep in pain regardless and will enjoy their holidays in fun. Previous ratings are not true. Regretting now☹

Josh was knowledgeable and definitely not pushy. It made finding my new mattress more relaxing. Very happy to find that Belfast Beds is still open!!

Helpful assistant over alternative mattresses to choose from. Ordering simple except, it transpired, they recorded my mobile number completely wrong. Mattress delivery was much later in the day than they had said they could do which could have been difficult but fortunately not. Mattress seems good.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the incompetent company and its unresponsive management.
I purchased a £800 double mattress back on August. It was supposed to be delivered within 2-3 weeks but it was only delivered on the 6th week. A month after receiving the mattress, I realised that the topper lost all firmness and shape. We addressed the matter face to face in Ipswich shop and via email. The company took 5 weeks to come home and see the mattress. I am still awaiting for their report. It’s been 4 months. Traders are responsible for making sure that the products they offer and sell to consumers are accurately described and displayed, my mattress consistency has never looked like the one displayed in the shop.
Trading standards should be aware of their inconsistency.

I have also read some of the other reviews and it’s surprising that most of them reward a good customer service but not a purchase.
