I received a crappy ‘jet washer’ in a broken cardboard box, not the Smart Case pictured. It ‘worked’ - ie pushed a few leaves along my path, with difficulty- for about two minutes, then just stopped. That was it. Emails to them were IGNORED. Requests for a return/refund were IGNORED. Anyway, the return would have to be sent to HONG KONG at great expense.
Fortunately, I had paid using PAYPAL, and they got me a refund. Always use PAYPAL if you’re not sure of a company.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY
Ordered a gardening item and it took ages to arrive. I tried cancelling then by a miracle it arrived. I informed beehomie I no longer wanted the item and would like to return. Was told under no circumstances would they accept a return unless it was faulty and would not give a refund. Very very bad customer service and now I’m left with an item I can’t use.

I came across this company and checked the category it was listed in and realised I should be reviewing beehomefurniture !
Unfortunately for this company they have the same name and have been left all these negative reviews that should be on Beehomefurniture. Please to help both this company and to give others the insight into how terrible the company Beehomefurniture is Please remove reviews from here and put on the correct companies trust pilot page.

I have been waiting for a sofa that is several days late. I contacted them and they are incredibly slow at responding. They tried to tell me my order had been delivered which is a lie.
I contacted eBay to report them and eBay has confirmed that that they didn’t even ship my sofa yet.
I want my refund and will never make a purchase with them

Really didn’t want to give even one star! Still waiting for our bed, didn’t deliver on Tuesday as they said they would, rang them several times and eventually someone answered. They arranged to deliver today (Thursday) and would ring to day before to confirm AM or PM, still waiting for call. Up to now no delivery of bed and they do not answer the phone, in fact it comes up with ‘express tyres’ when you ring!!!! Just hope we can get our money back and purchase a bed from a decent company. Was so looking forward to not having to sleep on a mattress on the floor.

Don't ever buy from this company

I would never advise anyone to buy from this company they are ripping people off. The quality of there furniture is zero. I bought a sofa bed in june moved in my apartment july. Sat on it only a few times and the base underneath has cracked. Firstly it could of caused damage to my spine. Also I only weight 9 stone. They have been unhelpful. Telling me I have to get a company to collect it and send it back to them to inspect it. They are awful. They won.t do anything for me. You ring there number and it rings out.I have contacted the ombusman and I hope you all read this review and not buy from them. I'm not letting this matter go. I'm disgusted in the quality of the wood. I have bought of woucher and they were fantastic when I had a issue with an item it was sorted asap. Please don.t buy from this company.

Dreadful service avoid at all costs! The bed came in pieces which is strange. They have just been dumping the parts with no signatures. One part left in a completely different street. Ive had so much hassle

Sent them reply email no word as of yet do not use this sham of a company.

Avoid. I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Two weeks ago I had a bed delivered with significant amounts of parts missing. Two weeks on I still do not have all of the parts. They repeatedly send one or two shipments but without the total number of parts required. Example: I have waited two weeks for slats. They were delivered last week but only 11 slats out of the 24 required! They didn’t send the connectors for the bed with the original delivery and then sent them a week later but not enough of either. Despite chasing I am still down slats, parts of the headboard and most of the slat connectors. They are now ignoring my emails. My next course of action will be to resort to an attempt to get my money back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Mattress advertised wrong and is all lies
Bought a bed and new mattress before Christmas and at first sight looked and felt great.. then weeks later the mattress started causing aches and pains all over mine and partners back.. was advertised as memory foam topper but the springs are clearly showing and can be felt under my hand as I run it over the top of mattress. Areas of where we sleep are completely dipped in. Tried to have a refund but was told I had to find a courier service and pay for that service for an inspection to be done as it’s out of the 30 days warranty.
Disgusting customer service and I am still trying to return the king size mattress through a courier service that will collect the size package I have here which is proofing difficult being the dam size it is.
I have to find a courier, pay for it and tell the company the tracking number to look out for it.. company is an ABSOLUTE JOKE!! Don’t buy anything from this seller via eBay as eBay don’t help their customers either.

Without a doubt, the worst and most frustrating company to make a purchase from.
We ordered a new double bed for Christmas over three weeks ago, via eBay. The bed arrived, in various pieces. It was missing bed slats, other parts and the entire nuts and bolts kit to put it together!!
We have had to take time off of work and make multiple phone calls to try and get all the missing pieces delivered - this never happened. Over several redeliveres, the incorrect parts were sent out.
Did the company take any responsibility? No. Apparently, its all the courier (Tufnells) fault. Could they do anything other than say sorry for the inconvenience? No.
When I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, I was told by management to provide my own boxes and bags -(that's right, apparently double mattresses fit into 'bin bags') to package the bed up. Rude management, and zero communication between all levels of staffing within this company and its couriers.
DO NOT BUY FROM.

Bee Home really helped in ensuring that a large multi-box Ikea delivery was accurate, box damage noted, and delivered in to the correct room upstairs ready to be assembled when I got home.
It allowed me to be at work for meetings with clients that could not be rescheduled, all the while being kept informed.
