Felt so at ease even though all daunting
I was put well at ease & everything was explained thoroughly & carefully. It's a bit daunting going through everything when you owe so much & are at a low ebb. Dale Lancaster was really helpful & explained all my options & I understood why we picked the best option we did for me.
So pleased to be getting the ball rolling so I can pay what I can afford & eventually be debt free (excuse the pun lol)

I delt with Olivia first and then Jack, they were both amazing, I had a lot of anxiety around my debts but they both put me at ease, the whole process was stress free and it's a huge relief now my debts are being delt with.
