Very positive experience
The whole process was easy by phone, I was assisted by Jack Corry who knew what he was talking about and very clearly explained all my options and helped me choose the best solution. Everything was sorted within 2 days and the ball is now rolling. I feel a sense of relief and would recommended to anyone in a difficult position to reach out for help.

Katie was lovely, but the "specialist" was vile not only did he keep hammering to me that I needed to enter an IVA he kept telling me that I was in SO MUCH debt he couldn't see any other option! I cried he was pushy I was really saddened thankfully I said no but he was so rude

I honestly can’t thank Jodie enough. From the very first conversation, she was amazingly friendly, calming, understanding and completely non-judgemental. She put me at ease straight away, related to my experience and took the time to help me understand the right solutions for my situation.
After years of making silly financial decisions and constantly worrying about money, I finally feel like I can breathe again. For the first time in a long time, I feel free and like my finances are actually manageable. It genuinely feels like a huge step in the right direction for me and my family.
There was absolutely no pressure at any point. I could ask as many questions as I needed, everything was explained clearly, and Jodie made what I expected to be a stressful and embarrassing process feel incredibly easy.
I only came across the company by chance and sent a message on WhatsApp — I am so glad I did. The communication has been easy from the beginning, and the company has been honest, open and reassuring throughout.
My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago. If you're struggling financially and keep putting off asking for help, please don't be afraid to reach out.
