Amazing products and really informative tutorials. I have worked in the beauty industry but Katie's advice has really helped me update my look. I have bought a few products and especially love cosmic glow, just ordered another two as can't bear it to run out and not have any. I love the fact that Katie encourages you to use make up you already have so you don't feel you are been over sold too. I have just ordered some more products and can't wait to try them. Also you get an amazing customer service, I had a problem with an eyeliner which was rectified with no fuss. Amazing company, amazing products, amazing advice.

I love everything I have bought from this company and I just wanted to praise their customer service. I had an amazing response when I had an issue with a delivery. They chatted to me online over the weekend and my products arrived a few days later. And it wasn’t a chat bot…it was a real person-he ce the good experience. Keep up the good work.

I have recently enrolled on an ILM Executive Coaching & Mentoring course, which will require a lot of face to face meetings and/or conference calls with clients, so thought I would treat myself to some new make up and skin care products, to help give my confidence a little boost.

I have been watching a lot of the Beauty and the Boutique tutorials on Facebook and have been really impressed with the products that have been showcased, but was also swayed by the friendly and bubbly nature of Katie and her team.

I was only going to buy a couple of products, but when there was an offer of 20% discount for buying 3 or more items, I thought it would be rude not to accept (at least that was my justification :)).

The ordering process was a breeze, communication and follow up support were absolutely first class. Had a minor glitch with the delivery service (not the fault of Katie or her team), which was resolved immediately and without any issue - I was even given a refund on the postage, as I had paid for next day delivery and the delivery company let them down.

The products were delivered very quickly (even with the slight glitch) and were even better than I had hoped for - the whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end - I even received some Love Heart sweets, which was a really lovely touch.

Although the quality of the products are amazing, what impressed me the most is that the team are so genuine and authentic - they are extremely passionate about their business, and care deeply about their customers. It comes across in their online videos, but also in their email correspondence when they helped to resolve the delivery glitch.

I highly recommend using this company and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Ordered a foundation which turned out to be too light for my skin tone. Contacted Beauty and the Boutique and they replied straight away offering to replace the foundation and also told me to keep original one to gift to a friend. Wow! What fabulous service.
Products always arrive really quickly and love the online “how to” videos.

A beautiful must have item, used alone or mixed with a little foundation or moisturiser the results are truly amazing. Skin is left feeling smooth and soft with a lovely subtle glow.

Just tried the new ‘Love Katie’ Cosmic Glow… WOW!🤩. I’ve added to my foundation for radiance, over blush to glow, and eyes to brighten; it’s so versatile. Smells good too!

I haven't received my products yet but I am so so impressed with this company. The customer service was fantastic and so quick. I forgot to use the discount code on my order so wrote to them to ask if it could be refunded. No sooner said than done. I also wrote about how much I like the videos on FB and said I was asking my family for products for my birthday. They send a lovely birthday message. Just a great company to deal with. Thank you.

I live in New Zealand and have been purchasing from Katie fir a few years now. The products on this site are gorgeous. Advice and tutorials are very informative and useful, the range of products for my 73 year old skin are superb. Even selecting the right colours is easy. I have never been able to pick the correct products otc but here ... yes.

Delivery is much quicker than I anticipated and are beautifully packaged, so much dedication and enthusiasm is addictive. Thank-you Katie and the team.

I love ordering makeup from Beauty and the Boutique and have every confidence in the products. When they arrive they are beautifully wrapped and come with a small pack of love heart sweets! The customer service is unparalleled! Very fast response times and always super helpful. Once i had a problem with a BB cream I bought and it was replaced immediately without question. The advice offered is fantastic and they really seem to care about making sure you get the right shade or product. Would highly recommend and I will continue to buy from here!

I’ve never had faith in buying makeup online until I came across Beauty and the Boutique. I’ve since purchased a number of products from the website and they’ve all been amazing. I love the way the choices are personally sourced because they are universally suited to most skin colours, and B&theB aren’t sponsored to promote what they’re selling. The video guide and instruction on how to apply the products are also brilliant.

A few weeks I discovered Beauty and the Boutique on Facebook and was immediately hooked by the relaxed informative videos - no hard sell just friendly practical advice. I purchase the lash bundle, the lip balm trio, the photography fluid tan and the Under Wear Future Resist Foundation Primer. The products came package beautifully and i can honestly say they have delivered exactly as Katy demonstrated.
